Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient
Nothing to complain about
The room was spacious, comfortable and warm . Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptionally good.
Only one slight criticism in that the room furniture was quite dusty but everything else was spot on.
Food, staff, location
Rooms were clean but tired. WiFi poor
Lovely staff as always! Comfy room with everything you need.
Beautifully quirky independent hotel with the loveliest, friendly staff.
Very welcoming, and great beer, the owner is lovely
Lovely location. Very peaceful, overlooking the estuary
The only thing I didn’t like was crossing the road out of the premises. A bit of a blind spot
The staff are always really friendly and chatty
I had to leave 😉
The location was lovely and the shower was fine. Made and effort to meet dietary needs and waitresses were very pleasant.
Uncomfortable and not very clean. Breakfast and dinner used frozen or ready prepared veg, cheap bread hash browns and sausages. Nothing local. Poor quality tea and the water wasn't very hot for drinks at breakfast.
Brilliant location, great views
Nothing!
Good breakfast.
Good local beer on tap.
By and large, good food for the one dinner we had at the property.
Excellent staff, especially both the very friendly and smiling natured sisters managing the breakfast lounge. Mr. Simon at check-in also helped in allocating a slightly better room with excellent views of the beach/sea-front :-). Miguel was also helpful.
Fruits in breakfast were not available on 2nd day. On the first day, only some blue berries were available as fruits. Some oranges or apples or Melons would have been welcome !
Too compact a room and even more compact the double bed... My wife tumbled down ;-)
The Views,Breakfast.
We was put in Silverdale room the bed base was broke and very uncomfortable it was very late when found out and just put the mattress on the floor and persevered the room also needed tlc and the owner has a terrible arrogant attitude if confronted by anything your not happy with...Your not right he is.
