Nice location and facilities
There was a third bed that we didn't need that took a lot of space
The AC is quite cold which is nice, kettle, fridge all work well.
This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. While being close to Dotonbori might sound appealing to some, the reality is far from it — the area feels seedy and chaotic. Dotonbori is a place to visit, not to stay in. The street and the area are not great, and the entrance reeks of garbage smell from the rubbish storage placed directly out front.
The check-in system automatically assigns you a room after 1 p.m., and entry to the lobby is by code. Don’t expect a proper lobby — there’s no seating, no couch as shown in the photos, and no space to wait. There’s also no secure luggage room; you’re expected to leave your bags in the open lobby and simply hope for the best.
The room itself is unbelievably tiny — even by Japanese standards. Calling this “good value” means you haven’t seen any better. For a room meant for three, you’ll find exactly three plates, three mugs, three forks — everything rationed to the bare minimum. I requested an iron and was told they’re shared between apartments, meaning you have to wait until another guest returns one. What kind of hotel doesn’t equip each room with basic necessities?
The toilet cubicle is tiny to the point of discomfort. I’m not tall, and even I struggled in there, I wonder what a bigger person would do. Staff communication is minimal and unhelpful; issues are either not resolved, and responses feel mechanical at best. i have a copy of all of their responses should they feel they want to respond to this review!
Our room on the 12th floor had a connecting metal door leading to another guest’s room — right beside the TV. that door looked similar to a fire exit, who would choose that for an indoor room I don't know! Every sound, every bang from the other side echoed and woke us up a couple of times. It felt anything but private or secure.
There are far better places to stay in Osaka. This one offers only frustration and regret.
Great location, close to Dotonbori and a lot of various Metro stations. Lots of convenience stores around
Since there is no staff in the lobby, you can only leave your luggage unattended on your own risk.
Sitio ideal, muy cómodo
Just a bit far from metro station
It was a clean room and there was a washing machine. The guest info was helpful.
There’s a list here. I feel part of the blame should rest with booking.com for hyping this property as rarely available. It’s a steep price for a very basic place.
The ad is extremely misleading with its entire apartment tag and info within that it can sleep 5 adults and a child - it can if everyone was lined up like cadavers.
There’s tea and coffee making facilities, just no actual tea bags or coffee or sugar provided.
The place maybe best described very kindly as a non-services studio apartment. I am not sure about the basis for their pricing or calling themselves a three star property. It looked as if they had gone to some lengths to make it a very average stay.
There are exactly two usb ports - one on each side of the bed. One of these ports only works when the bed light is on. Not sure who would like to sleep with lights on!
A very congested room in short with facilities that could be a lot better with some basic changes. The service list mentioned is accurate. It’s what is not mentioned that is a bit disappointing. I hardly saw any staff during my time there.
The area itself is close to the heart of dotonbori but this appears to be the less desirable and seedy side of the town. Not quite a great stay for a family.
Bed was firm but comfortable. Washing machine and drying room were handy.
Tiny!! No ornaments, no drinking glasses, towels were thin, no storage or hooks to hang towels or much of anything.
Perfect location just outside the very busy Dotonbori Centre
位置方便
房間的垃圾沒有清理,不衛生。樓下接待處自助拿的毛巾沒有補充,令到我們入住期間無法更換毛巾。
very close to the station and see Mt Fuji.every morning. I like hot bath that can see Mt.Fuji too
We loved the view, location, and cleanliness! There were a few spiders in the second floor bathroom at times but besides that it was very clean and safe. I liked that there is breakfast available any time. I also liked that the staff could speak English but was able to speak with me in Japanese so I could practice my Japanese speaking. I am glad there was a refrigerator for my things and they didn’t throw away any of my things during the 3 days I was there.
I wish there was a microwave.
Very pretty and convenient.

Perfect location right across from the station. Easy access to all the main attractions and tour buses. Lovely view of Mt Fuji from the bath.
Would have preferred futons and real tatami in the rooms but despite this it was very comfortable.
