Perfecto!!
Pros:

The property location was Perfect! Walking distance to many excellent restaurants.
The onsite restaurant was excellent, we had an excellent breakfast every morning and the staff was very friendly. The property was right on the Lagoon, so we could enjoy the loungers, and drinks at the bar. They also had a sailboat that could be booked for daily tours.
Over all we loved our stay and would definitely return!!

Hotel bien situé donnant sur la lagune.
La chambre est confortable et propre.
Petit déjeuner inclus (2 formules).

Cons:

Il y a eu des travaux occasionnant beaucoup de bruits pendant plusieurs jours, et toute la journée.
Au départ, le personnel a annoncé quelques heures de travaux.
Un accord a été trouvé mais il est dommage de ne pas fermer le temps des travaux.
Nous venons là pour la quiétude de l'endroit.

Cons:

Stanza a 2 letti aveva una sola finestra con vista su un muro. Non hanno voluto cambiarci, anche se hotel era quasi vuoto.

Très bon hôtel sur Bacalar
Pros:

Hotel propre bien situé avec un jolie ponton donnant sur la lagune.
Petit déjeuner inclus.

Cons:

Des travaux occasionnant pas mal de nuisance pendant la journee dommage quand on se détendre sur le ponton.
Pas de kayak disponible à l'hôtel pour fare un tour sur la lagune dommage.
Pas de réel parking

Posto bellissimo ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto basso

La posizione è senz’altro il suo punto forte. Accesso diretto alla laguna meravigliosa.

Cons:

Non ci sono servizi!
Il ristorante chiude alle 2pm mentre il bar alle 5pm. Nelle camere non c’è un frigorifero quindi se alla sera avessi bisogno banalmente di acqua da bere, o ne bevi una rovente che hai tenuto in camera oppure devi camminare fino al centro (25 min).
La mattina che abbiamo lasciato l’hotel, dovevamo lasciarlo alle 7.30am. Nel ristorante c’erano due ragazzi e non ci hanno fatto nemmeno un caffè (già pagato) perché dovevano aprire alle 8am.

Pros:

- c'était propre
- chambre assez grande mais la salle de bain c'est bizarre un peu petite
- la dame des cocktails et ses cocktails adorables
- le calme des lieux
- rideaux occultants
- petit déjeuner sous forme de carte

Cons:

- la disposition des chambres, ( si en hauteur il y a des escaliers, personne ne vous aide a monter vos valises, vous crevez si vous etes âgés tout le monde s'en fou il fait 50 degres)
- pas de sèche cheveux
- ponton sommaire pas du tout le plus jolie
- personne ne parle un mot d'anglais
- pas de canoë
- resto ferme a 14h ( genial ) et le bar a 19h
- trop cher pour ce que c'est notre chambre a l'étage
- manque frigo

Pros:

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel. Le calme conservé pendant la journée, ce n’est pas le cas partout. Certains hôtels en bord de lagune poussent la musique un peu fort, rendant l’atmosphère moins paisible.

Cons:

Le restaurant ferme tôt 14h, c’est un peu dommage.

Manque dans la chambre un sèche cheveux, un placard, un frigo et la pression de l’eau du lavabo qui avait un débit tres bas, petit déjeuner très frugal, personnel ne parlant pas anglais ou très peu, pas très chaleureux

Super comfortable, not far from the center
Pros:

Very comfortable bed! Direct access to the lagune, was perfect for swimming in the morning. Breakfast was fine, I brought my own coffee. It was a walk of 20 -30 min to the center, but Uber worked well too.

Cons:

Would have been nice if the hotel would have been able to organise bicycles, kayaks etc.

Pros:

Muy cómodo. Hermoso al lado orilla del lago. Especial para descanso. Rico desayuno.

Cons:

El mapa de tienen publicado no llega al lugar exacto. Puedes mejor buscarlo por el nombre en la aplicación de Maps. Algo que se soluciona fácil.

Pros:

Hôtel très paisible en front de lagune. La chambre était confortable et propre. Le personnel du restaurant était très serviable et souriant. Formule salée ou sucrée pour le petit déjeuné, bien préparée.
