Lovely place to unwind in Bacalar
Pros:

I loved the location directly at the lagoon and the beautiful view
It was tranquil and very relaxing to spend a day just sitting at the deck looking out onto the water
Nicely decorated room
That they accommodated me with an other room since the first 2 had mold

Cons:

That they have 2 different breakfast menues- and I only learned about that on the last day, when I found different food presentation.

Ok but overpriced stay in Bacalar
Pros:

Location is good. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. The facility is quite and good place for relaxing. We liked sundeck and terrace area next to the lagoon. Breakfast was ok but very few options to select.

Cons:

We booked a family room with seaview but pictures are misleading. We got the ground floor which view was blocked by resturant building. Amenities is sufficient but could be improved. No coffee/tea machine in the room. Only one liquid soap for both hair and body. Finally, price wise it was expensive for the value.

Lovely Hotel on the lake in Bacalar, Yucatan
Pros:

Fabulous setting on the lake and a new property with beautifully finished rooms and a nice outsude deck for breakfast

Cons:

Quite expensice especially with lake view rooms. But worth it for a special occasion and for couples.

Kleine, saubere Hotelanlage direkt am See. Freundliches Personal, das aber leider im Service Bereich nur sehr schlecht bzw. kein Englisch spricht. Im Hotel selbst gibt es kein Abendessen, es gibt aber fußläufig Restaurants. Das Frühstück war i.O.

Pros:

La stanza aveva tutto il necessario (phon disponibile in reception su richiesta), il complesso è molto carino è ha l'accesso diretto alla laguna con sdraio e ombrelloni privati e la possibilità di partire con barche direttamente dal molo privato. Anche zona ombra dove poter stare.

Cons:

Colazione solo americana senza scelta, abbiamo pranzato al ristorante chiedendo semplicemente di togliere ingrediente a un panino e non lo potevano fare. Evitatelo. Non parlano inglese al ristorante. l'accesso privato alla laguna c'è ma l'acqua lascia a desiderare.

Pros:

Lakefront location was great & breakfast was tasty (would've been nice to have juice & fruit rather than having to choose one). Was a bit of a trek into central Bacalar but not a major issue.

Cons:

Would be nice to have kayaks/paddleboards & bikes available at the hotel.

Direkter Zugang zum See.Viele Ausflüge können in der Nähe gemacht werden. Großes uns bequemes Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider keinen Kayak oder Stand-Up für die Gäste, aber man kann bei dem Nachbar mieten. Der Kaffee ist sehr schlecht, das Frühstück nichts besonderes aber besser wie nichts, da in der Gegend nichts gibt.

Goed hotel voor 2 dagen Bacalar
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel, leuke pier voor aan te zonnen en boekje te lezen. Locatie is ook heel goed. Iets meer uit het centrum (20min te voet) maar heel veilig om te wandelen. Prachtig uitzicht en de bedden waren ook goed.

Cons:

Jammer dat het ontbijt maar uit 2 opties bestond. Voor andere dingen moest je bijbetalen. Maar dit is echt om maar iets te zeggen. Voor de rest was alles goed.
