Nette Anlage mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war groß mit integrierter Küche. Der Pool war schön, aber mit einigen Blättern bedeckt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr offen und man fühlte sich beobachtet. Die angrenzende Bar war sehr laut. Das Bad eher klein und muffig.

Wat meer luxe dan we gewend waren in Mexico: goede douche en een uitgeruste keuken

Cons:

Onze suite lag aan de straat wat in de avond wat veel lawaai gaf. Niet storend voor ons als volwassenen wat het was nog een deftig uur. Maar voor de kinderen wel wat vervelend.

Lovely pool and a great location!
Pros:

A great location - a very short walk to the centre of town and an even shorter walk to our boat trip out on the lake! The pool was lovely and our apartment was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

We could have done with a few more utensils etc in the kitchen. We cooked one of the nights we were there and just about managed but a few added extras would have helped.

Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel en general son muy buenas, el personal es muy amable y atento, desde el primer día nos dieron recomendaciones para comer, hacer actividades y sacar el mejor provecho.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente queda a 1 cuadra de la laguna y 2 cuadras del zócalo.
El desayuno es bueno tienen 3 buenas opciones de comida y te ahorra estar buscando en otro sitio.
La alberca siempre muy limpia y disponible, además que cuentan con servicio de toallas para la laguna y alberca.
Como plus aunque realizamos check out temprano nos permitieron regresar más tarde a usar la alberca y las instalaciones para bañarnos y cambiarnos, al igual que nos proporcionar toallas.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, total nettes Personal. Die Betten sind weich und bequem. Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren vorhanden und funktionieren super. Der Pool ist ebenfalls schön und man bekommt extra für den Pool auch Handtücher.
Wir waren in der Casa Terazza und hatten zu fünft Platz. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (6, 11, 14 Jahre) es gab eine Schlafcouch wo unser großer geschlafen hatte. Kleine Küche, Kühlschrank und Trinkwasser wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Je nach Bedarf, kann man das Zimmer reinigen lassen. Parkplatz ist auf dem eigenen Hof dahinter. Fußläufig kann man den Hauptplatz erreichen und auch einen Steg an dem man kostenlos baden kann oder die "Badeanstalt/Freibad".
Das Frühstück ist mega. Wird im Restaurant davor serviert und man kann sich verschiedene Gerichte aussuchen. Von Overnightoats mit Mandelmilch und Früchten, über leckere Sandwiches oder Nachossalat....Kaffee, Kakao, Säfte... sehr empfehlenswert!!!
Wenn man Touren buchen möchte, werden dort auch diverse Angeboten! Immer wieder gerne und ein Danke an das Hotelteam!

Peaceful stay at a good hotel with great location and price
Pros:

This is a small, intimate boutique hotel 1 block from the lagoon. The hotel and pool are kept very clean and secure at all times. The staff are very friendly with good English. There is a separate parking lot nearby. Although small. quality is evident. I traveled alone and so took the smallest room, The Colibri. It had everything for a comfortable stay, including a jug of drinking water to refill your bottle. I was greeted by name in a sweet handwritten note "Welcome to your home in Bacalar". Every morning I woke up to cooing doves, not traffic. These simple touches, great accommodation and staff, nearby restaurants make Suites Bacalar a great choice.

Fairly good but a bit expensive
Pros:

The room was spacious and the ac was excellent. Coffee was provided for the coffee machine and it had a balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Cleaning was done to a high standard and hotel is well situated with parking to the side.

Cons:

Even though the breakfast offering was good, we were informed that the free breakfast didn’t include our child as it was a free child place. It seemed pointless to offer a free place but just not include the breakfast. Also the menu was limited and the same every day so got boring after a few days. The balcony wasn’t safe for young children, had big gaps and was loose. The shower temperature was very difficult to regular so either boiling hot or freezing cold.
