A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Rusaliite Adventure House will contact you with instructions after booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

תלוי את מי שואלים.
Pros:

הנחל במורד הדשא הגדול ופינת חי היו מקסימים, הבית יפה מאוד.

Cons:

השותפים שלי, התאכזבו. ציפו לארוחת בוקר מלאה. קיבלו סופגניה שלטעמי הייתה ממש טעימה וריבה.
החדר מאוד פשוט והם הרגישו באכסנייה. לטעמי המיטה היתה נוחה והחדר נקי והיה לי בסדר. נסיעה ארוכה בדרך עפר. אבל ידענו מראש והיה לנו גיפ.

Прекрасная природа
Pros:

Живописная природа, тишина,животные вокруг( есть небольшой питомник с птицами и животными, лошади и собака Гризли огромный добрейший алабай))) )
Приятная девушка на рецепшен ,но за все время пребывания мы видели ее несколько раз))
Из отдыхающих были только мы и на выходные заехало еще несколько человек
Абсолютная тишина и красота природы,это то,что мы искали
В 10 минутах ходьбы был домик для общественного посещения, на улице печь,чтобы жарить мясо, отличная задумка ,были два раза ,очень понравилось!!!

Cons:

Дорога к отелю была просто неподъездной(((
Хорошо,что сняли машину 4×4 ,на другой бы просто сели
5 минут рытвин,камней,ям....каждый день выезжать и приезжать, немного выматывает
И в последний день,когда уже ехали в аэропорт, в 12 часов ночи ,прорезали колесо в машине, через 15 минут стали со спущенным колесом,кое как доехали до первой заправки(отдельная история про машину и обслуживание)
В номере ни разу за неделю не убирали,полотенца были похожи на тряпки,их тоже ни разу не поменяли и даже не поинтересовались, а надо ли
Душ...во первых это туалет и душ вместе,ничем не разделенный, купаешься просто посередине туалета,вода не уходит и стоишь в воде,видимо забит сток
Местоположение, но сами виноваты,что не проверили заранее, до парка Рила 3 часа, до парка с американскими горками час, вобщем очень далеко от всех мест,которые хотели посетить,поэтому проверять заранее нужно

Märchenhafter Ort mit Pferden,Hasen,Katzen, Vögeln und Hunden,ein Paradies für Kinder und Erwachsene. Terrasse und Garten mit Spielplatz, Örtchen Bachevo nicht allzu weit weg,Ausritt durch den Wald magisch. Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber,die uns bei allem halfen,so so gute Küche von Omi "Baba". Nächstes Mal wollen wir länger bleiben!

Idyllischer Aufenthalt für jeden der einmal abschalten will.
Pros:

Gute abgeschiedene Lage ca. 1 km vom Ort entfernt im Wald. Freundliches Personal, viele Tiere.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Aktivitäten in Bansko.

Pros:

Локацията е хубава със страхотна природа и много животинки. На децата им беше интересно, играха на воля. Персоналът също е дружелюбен. Ресторантът също е с хубава храна и приемливи цени .Носете си моркови за хранене на сърничките.

Cons:

Пътят до там е меко казано ужасен и ако има причина да не отидем отново това ще е той. Наложи се да сменя половината предно окачване след тази екскурзия. Заради пътят е трудно да пътуваш и до близки забележителности и реално си закотвен там. За нас ме беше проблем но ако сте за повече нощувки би било проблем. Ездата бих казал че е скъпичка при положение че в София ходим на половин цена. Сифона в банята е с обратен наклон и винаги е мокро вътре.

Pros:

This place is second-to-none.
Deep into the forest, clean air, peace and quite, a river, a herd of freely roaming horses, a view at the Alps-like snowy peaks form my room, exotic animals from all around the planet...
And then the staff ... - a lovely family business, people who know what you want before you know you want it ....
And if you are a rider, they have it all - from Arabians to calm local breads, and riding in the divine environment.

Cons:

You have to drive carefully the last 800 meters, because there is not asphalt there.
But it's quite OK and a negligible price to pay for the best place I have even been when looking for relax, meditation and stress-free holiday alone, or with your spouse, kids or pets.

Definitely going back to that place!
Pros:

The place is beautiful. The road is not the best but all cars can definitely finish it. Nadia is nice, have good English and will take care of whatever you need. The horses are wo wonderful and just like in the photos, there are times they are wandering to the main house and graze peacefully on the grass.
We stayed at the cabin. It was clean and very nice experience for the kids.

Cons:

The place is going through some renovation so there wasn't a playground for the kids and for us it was missed.
The beddings needs to be refreshed as well... the pillows weren't good at all....

Pros:

Friendly people and really helpful. Great food and for a one night stay on a motorcycle trip it was great.

Just be aware that it is a few kilometres of gravel road to get to the property which I enjoyed but others may not.
