Personel ingilizce bilmiyor, en azından uluslararası havaalanı yakınındaki bir otelde yabancı dil bilen bir kişi olmalı. Ben İtalyanca bilmiyorum onlar ısrarla İtalyanca konuşuyor.

Il personale è molto cordiale, persone molto simpatiche . Le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno, gli asciugamani e i cosmetici vengono cambiati . Letti molto comodi .

Hotelul este modern, curat si aproape de aeroport.

Cons:

Am stat doua zile si au avut doua pene de curent in tot hotelul. Poate am avut noi ghinion ca am fost in perioada verii cand reteaua este suprasolicitata din cauza aparatelor de aer conditionat care trebuie sa functioneze mereu. A doua pana de curent a durat aproape o ora, era si ora de culcare. Fara AC a fost nevoie sa deschidem geamul, dar avioanele trec foarte aproape si fac un zgomot asurzitor; asa ca nu am putut sa dormim pana nu a fost reparata pana de curent.
Micul dejun a fost cel mai slab din toate hotelurile la care am stat vreodata: au gasit doar cateva felii de branza topita (care chiar era topita din cauza caldurii), un croissant si niste unt cu gem. fara oua, fara legume.
Personalul este foarte ok; desi nu stiu limba engleza, ne-am inteles ok folosind Google Translate.

La gentiezza e l'efficenza del personale al check-in, stanza prevedibilmente un po' rumorosa causa vicinanza all'aeroporto ma pulita e con servizi in ordine.
Ho scelto questo hotel per il parcheggio che al mio arrivo era pieno, si sono occupati di gestire l'auto per cui non ho avuto problemi

Cons:

Nonostante la cortesia e la buona volontà del personale la colazione era piuttosto basica e non di buona qualità.
