Cons:

Refused to issue the invoice for the stay because the booking was made and paid through booking.com. Front desk staff were not much help.
Had to call customer service for assistance.

Personal rel nice always helpful,and with smile no excuses for personal greet job 👍,but if compèring price and kvalet it’s terrible,bathrooms it’s looking terrible tiller seems been drunk wen doing dis bathrooms,and painters jobs in bathrooms and rooms it’s terrible,ai self working in hotel renovations for past 10 years and visiting much hotel’s in different parts of world,atractiv to clients you need have renovations or take less price for night.have gret day thank you

Pros:

The location was excellent and accessible to everything. Breakfast buffet was great! Nice selection the staff was really nice and friendly - always so helpful. Overall, I owuld rate my stay a 9/10.

The staff in the breakfast area, right? The way through to the cleaning staff and the people on the door
Was absolutely first class, fantastic. They were so helpful all the time always smiling
And so polite, I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody. And without doubt I will be stopping here every year. Now best hotel in bocolod

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. From time, I contacted them from England right the way through to the time I left the hotel. The whole experience was superb.

A recommendation for a stay in Bacolod.
Pros:

Nice hotel in a convenient location in Bacolod. Very friendly and caring staff. Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant for local and international food. Other restaurants and malls are in walking distance around. Rooms are convenient and comfortable.

Pros:

The hotel is accessible to Ayala mall, park, restaurants and museum. It is nrar the main street.. The breakfast is delicious. Many choices of food. Love the arroz caldo,,KBL, and many more. Friendly staffs. The services are fast. Keep up the good work!

Cons:

There is no room for smokers. My husband had to come out to have a smoke. It would be nice if there is an accessible smoker's room where you can comfortably sit and would be nice if the room is cooler as well.
The big window glass as I observed were not properly clean. So much stains and dust.
