Traumvilla mit französischem Flair. Je suis amoureux!
Pros:

Die Brasserie war das absolute Highlight. Die Atmosphäre, der Service und die Speisen und Getränke sind ein Gedicht.

Cons:

in meinem Badezimmer war der Boden eiskalt, da die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet war. Im Februar wäre das schon schön gewesen.

Schönes Hotel in dem man sich wohlfühlt.
Pros:

Lage zur Altstadt. Ruhige Lage durch den Garten und der Mauer vor der Straße
Frühstück: sehr gute Auswahl auch die Lösung beim Müsli von Haferflocken, Kürbiskerne, Leinsamen, Chiasamen etc. in Glasflaschen
Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Enge Dusche und Toilette direkt hinter Tür.
Frühstücksbuffet im Durchgang zwischen Zimmer und Rezeption.
Im Vergleich zu den vielen Vorteilen des Hotels konnte ich da locker drüber weg sehen.

ein schöner rundherum angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Nähe zu Bambergs Altstadt
Pros:

ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel mit eigenem Parkplatz in ausgezeichneter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Das Zimmer war angenehm geräumig. Badezimmer hatte begehbare Dusche. - Vor allem aber war das Personal ausgesucht höflich und freundlich sowohl beim Frühstück, das sich mit einem gut bestückten Büffet auszeichnete als auch im Restaurant, wo man ausgezeichnet essen konnte.

das Wlan im Zimmer könnte stärker und vor allem stabiler sein

Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel
Pros:

Location in the old town was wonderful. Very easy to walk to all major sightseeing attractions. Good view from our room overlooking the river. Breakfast was very nice and we were seated in a lovely breakfast room. All staff, including reception, waitresses and housekeepers were very helpful and pleasant.
