Pros:

Tudo perfeito. Uma das melhores hospedagens que já fiquei na vida. Quarto, banheiro, roupa de cama, café da manhã, atendimento. Tudo perfeito.

Great hotel in Bamberg.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, as was the staff at breakfast. The rooms were great. The hotel location could not have been better. Our overall experience could not have been better.

Ein tolles Wochenende mit unserer Hündin!
Pros:

Wir haben ein herrliches Wochenende verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt und zentral, sodass wir gemütlich zu Fuß die Umgebung erkunden konnten. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die hundefreundliche Atmosphäre - unsere Hündin wurde willkommen geheißen und es gab sogar kleine Willkommensleckerlies.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker, mit frischen Produkten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder - Danke an das ganze Team!

Wasserkocher haben wir ohne Probleme bei der Rezeption bekommen.
Direkt in der Innenstadt Fußweg 2 min zum alten Rathaus und klein Venedig

Cons:

Preis für eine Nacht 219€ sehr stolzer Preis Berlin ist nicht so teuer wie Bamberg!

Beste Lage und höchste Qualität im Service.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Service sind wirklich hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen. Rezeption und die Bar sind 24h besetzt. Wenn ihr mit dem Auto anreist auf jeden Fall Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (19€ / Nacht) reservieren, dort gibt es auch Ladepunkte für E-Autos.

Es gab keinen Grund für Kritik.

Impressive hotel in the centre of the city.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Excellent location. Parking convenient (although probably limited if not arranged ahead). Staff polite and helpful.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und zentral. Ein Bett zum Wohlfühlen und eine kostenlose Minibar hat uns positiv überrascht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
