Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Javier ! C’est un hôte très sympathique, accueillant et toujours souriant. L’atmosphère du lieu est vraiment chaleureuse, cosy et ressourçante : on s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi.

Les espaces communs sont très agréables et conviviaux, notamment avec la table de ping-pong qui permet de passer de bons moments. Tout est parfaitement propre, que ce soit la cuisine, les chambres ou les parties communes.

Le petit-déjeuner comme les repas sont délicieux. Il est possible de réserver au jour le jour pour le repas du midi ou du soir, à un prix très raisonnable, et tout est vraiment savoureux. Ils s’adaptent également aux régimes alimentaires, ce qui est très appréciable.

Lorsque le ciel est dégagé, on peut même apercevoir le majestueux volcan Cotopaxi, ce qui rend l’endroit encore plus spécial.
Il est aussi très facile d’organiser ses excursions directement sur place.

Une très belle expérience : nous recommandons ce lieu sans hésiter !

Es una zona muy tranquila, en medio de un paisaje muy bonito. El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. Las instalaciones son fantásticas. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Cons:

La parte final del camino cuando sales de panamericana no está asfaltado. Pero son menos de dos km.

Gezellig hostel, lekker eten!
Pros:

Heel gezellig hostel, heerlijk eten!! Mooi uitzicht op en geweldige tour naar Cotopaxi. Goede prijs voor tours. Aardig personeel. Kamer was klein en bed smal maar comfortabel. 10-15 min lopen vd snelweg. Bushalte niet ver. Er rijden voldoende bussen. Wel goed in de gaten houden waar je eruit wilt.

Cons:

De douche was niet echt warm.

La atención de Javier muy buena! Tiene una muy buena ubicación a 400 metros de dónde puede dejarte el bus viniendo de Quito. Se camina y a partir de allí se realizan las actividades. En el Hostel ofrecen todo, arman grupos y te dan todas las opciones contrates o no con ellos. Tienen un cheff con muy buenas opciones. Lo único a mejorar sería que tengan un almacén para venta de snacks por ejemplo.

Even though we stayed only one night, we were extremely satisfied with our experience.
Pros:

The host was very kind and welcoming, and there were no problems with check-in. The room was comfortable, with a private bathroom and a beautiful view of Cotopaxi volcano. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip and was served on a lovely terrace.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el Cotopaxi, es un lugar muy agradable y cómodo. Tiene zonas comunes muy amenas y la habitación y cama cómodas.

Amazing location, service. Staff went above and beyond.
Pros:

Don't be fooled by the simplicity of the lodge - the level of service by Xavier and the team is 5 star. Our room was simple but cosy and we only slept in it as there is a glorious mess room on the first floor. Here you can use the kitchen to prep your own food but we opted for the three course evening dinner at for $7.50 As a vegan with food intolerances, I'm always worried, but I felt very confident that my needs would be met. They didn't mind me bringing vegan extras to breakfast, like oat milk, spread, hummus, etc. At night a wood fire is lit which smells amazing and there are comfy sofas to curl up on. We used the taxi service to and from the lodge and the price was reasonable and service prompt. We also had a great tour to Lago Limpiopunga. The WiFi was exceptional and my husband and I were able to run our business from 4,000 miles away. We're in our sixties and were by far the eldest guests but felt very much at home. I'm afraid Cotopaxi didn't behave and was covered in cloud, but hey, ho, such is the coyness of volcanoes.
