L'emplacement, la superficie de la chambre

Cons:

J'y ai séjourné il y a 2 ans, j'en étais ravie, mais 2 ans plus tard déçue des équipements qui n'ont pas été renouvelé : porte serviettes rouillés, Frigidaire sale extérieur rouillé, rideaux déchirés... 1er jour je m'installe 1h plus tard boîtier internet en panne (cordons rafistolés) on me change de chambre, le lendemain clim hs, on me change de chambre... Belle et grande piscine mais que 2 parasols dont 1 rafistolé... Du coup personne autour de la piscine... Plus de salle de massage... J'avais beaucoup apprécié cette hôtel, mais à perdu sa qualité, le tarif jour proposé n'est pas adapté...

סדינים נופלים כל שנייה ואתה ישן על מזרון מטונףףף! מקבל מגבת אחת ביום גם אם הייתם בבריכה והמגבת רטובה בעיה שלכם זה פעם אחת ביום ! צוות ממש חרא! חדר כושר חרא אין בו מכשירים באמת לעשות , במחיר כזה עדיף לסגור מלון הרבה יותר טוב

Room was spacious and had a fair size balcony.

Cons:

The aircon in the room was completely useless. It took at least 2 hours to cool down. I tried to complain the booking.com but there was no mechanism????

Hyvän kokonen huone ja uima-allas. Hinta-laatu suhde hyvä.

Cons:

Vuokrattiin skootteri. Eka respan henkilö yritti saada 300bathia, toisena päivänä nainen 250bath, ei selkeitä hintoja. Hotellin pesulassa (vastapäätä) 1kg pyykkiä maksoi 70bath, tämä ok. Kun hain pyykit, rouva pyysi vielä 50bath lisää koska pussissa oli sukkia mitä ei ollut edellisenä päivänä huomannut, sisältyi kummiskin 1kiloon. Tästä jouduimme vääntämään ja jouduin maksaa 30bath että sain sukkani takaisin :)…

Cons:

Le moteur de la clim très bruyant dans le balcon de la chambre qui empêche de se détendre et de dormir.
Hôtel très vieillot avec des couloirs ressemblant à ceux d’une prison et des chambres insalubres avec une odeur très désagréable.
Eau chaude une fois sur deux.
Arnaque à la caution, bien vérifier la chambre au moment du check in car l’hôtel a inventé une rayure au niveau de la fenêtre pour nous facturer 4000 bahts.
La réceptionniste parlait avec le propriétaire en thai, j’ai utilisé un traducteur en cachette et ils ont dit mot pour mot « on s’en fout on va prendre l’argent des touristes ».
Ils nous ont menacés d’appeler la police mais ne voulaient pas nous laisser appeler la police du tourisme pour porter plainte pour scam.
