Location was pretty good. Pool was ok.
The food was awful. Couldn't eat there. The room was overpriced for what it was. Comfortable enough but very small, old and a bit dirty.

Staff were amazing and did there best to make everything comfortable and made you feel welcome.
Every morning the restaurant ran out of cups for the coffee so had to wait for them, tables were full and had to qait for a table...
If you wanted a sun lounger by the pool you had to get a 4 in the morning as by 5.30 there were towels on them so no lounger available. OZO should not allow guests to take sun lounger unless they are using them. Sorry to say.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Nur zwei kleine Punkte: Die Bettdecke ist beim Drehen in der Nacht immer aus dem Bezug gerutscht, was etwas unpraktisch war. Außerdem könnte das Handtuch-System verbessert werden, da es manchmal etwas umständlich war.
