ממליצה מאוד מאוד! המלון עלה על הציפיות שלנו והעניק לנו חופשה מקסימה.
מיקום מעולה: המלון ממוקם במיקום מצוין, קרוב מאוד לים וקרוב לבית חב"ד, מה שהיה נוח ונגיש מאוד עבורנו.
שירות יוצא מן הכלל: רמת השירותיות של צוות המלון פשוט יוצאת מהכלל! באו לקראתנו ועשו לנו צ'ק-אין מוקדם מהרגיל, דבר שהיה מוערך מאוד.
החדר והמתקנים: קיבלנו חדר נחמד מאוד עם נוף מקסים שצופה ישירות לבריכה.
ארוחת בוקר: ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נחמדה מאוד, טעימה ונעימה לפתוח איתה את הבוקר.
חוץ מזה, הכל היה נפלא ואשמח לחזור לכאן שוב!
הדבר היחיד שפחות התאים לנו היו המיטה והכריות, שהיו רכות מדי עבורנו ופשוט שקענו לתוכן במלוא מובן המילה.
Séjour à l’OZO Chaweng. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, accueillant et à l’écoute de nos besoins, ce qui est un vrai point positif.
En revanche, nous avons été assez déçus par certains aspects. L’hôtel est très fréquenté et il y avait beaucoup de bruit, notamment la nuit dans les couloirs. Certains clients ne respectaient pas vraiment le calme ni les règles de vie, y compris au petit-déjeuner : certains prenaient des plats entiers pour leur table, laissant peu de choix pour les autres.
Nous avions une chambre communicante, ce qui était pratique pour notre famille, mais les chambres sont très petites, tout comme le balcon qui est vraiment minuscule.
Dommage, car avec un meilleur respect des lieux par les clients, l’expérience aurait été beaucoup plus agréable.

Struttura accogliente e comoda sulla spiaggia di Chaweng
Troppo affollato, difficoltà a trovare posto in spiaggia/piscina. Camere carine ma molto piccole
Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement face à une très belle plage de sable fin (Chaweng beach) ainsi que sa mer crystalline
L’absence de règles (a la piscine ainsi qu’à la plage : les gens réservent leur transats sans les occuper)
Mais surtout l’impression d’être dans un camping bas de gamme rassemblant toute la racaille de notre monde avec des « enfants Roi » sans aucune éducation et sans aucun respect !!!!

אוירה כיפית, הברכה מעולה החדר שלקחנו לא היה קטן (כמו הביקורות שקראתי על המלון) החדר היה נקי צוות שירותי ונעים. נשמח לחזור שוב מאוד
המיקום של העיר היה לנו קצת מרוחק וצריך מונית או הליכה של עשר דקות, מהצד של החוף הדברים היו זמינים
