Perfect location but lacking connection to staff
Pros:

Absolutely loved the location, right in the middle of the old town and walkable to restaurants, bars and attractions. The room was spacious, modern, clean and had everything we needed. Good amount of storage space in the bathroom too.

Cons:

We did not meet any staff members. Although somebody was meant to be at reception the next day, we never saw anyone. Any Questions we could ask via WhatsApp, but only once someone actually answered. The undercover parking was very hard to get into. More suitable for smaller cars, not like the Passat we had. There was no shelf or nook for shampoo or body wash in the shower.

Gutes Zimmer und Matraze

Cons:

Recht laut, da direkt neben der Ausgangsmeile. Bis spät in der Nacht um 02.00.
Kein Personal vor Ort. Zwar hat es eine Telefonnummer, wo man anrufen kann, aber anwesend vor Ort ist niemand.

Fijne locatie, geen lift en erg warm op de kamer.
Pros:

Locatie was erg centraal. Kinderbedje was top.

Cons:

Geen lift voor de kinderwagen. Geen airco in de kamer. De ramen hebben geen horren, waardoor het niet comfortabel was deze lekker open te zetten, ivm de vliegen en vele wespen.

Werden das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Cons:

Personal wirkte nicht sehr motiviert. Die Kaffeemaschine beim Eingang eine gute Idee, wenn sie immer betriebsbereit wäre. Mal haben Bohnen gefehlt, Tropfschale war voll oder keine saubere Tassen vorhanden.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Dom war ideal. Per Telefon konnten alle Fragen nett und freundlich geklärt werden. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Betten bequem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
