Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin.

La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer : chambres non nettoyées quotidiennement, draps non changés, serviettes non remplacées pendant 10 jours. Les poubelles à la piscine n’étaient jamais vidées (photos à l’appui).

Les couloirs pour accéder à notre chambre n’étaient pas éclairés, ce qui est dangereux. Il n’y avait pas de télévision dans la chambre.

Il est évident que l’établissement manque de personnel pour assurer correctement l’entretien. Pour un séjour de 10 jours, c’est totalement inacceptable.

Malgré ces problèmes, Booking n’a proposé aucun remboursement ni solution satisfaisante. Très déçue du service client.

Je ne recommande ni cet hôtel, ni la gestion de cette réservation.

Tolles Wohlfühlhotel mit umfangreichen Frühstück in direkter Strandlage
Pros:

Sehr moderne gut ausgestattete Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, Lage etwas von City, aber dafür sehr ruhig, direkte tolle Strandlage, es ist zu empfehlen einen Roller zu mieten.

Cons:

Die Matrazen waren für mich nicht rückenfreundlich, aber das war bei den meisten Hotels der Fall.

Direkte Strandlage an einem schönen Stand. Unsere Poolvilla 1209 hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Sehr diskret. Frühstück gut.

AMAZING! My second trip to Koh Samui and this place blew me away. I will return.
Pros:

Beach front pool villa was amazing.
Varied breakfast menu was very nice for my long stay, appreciated not having the same thing every couple of days.
Very kind, helpful, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Only minor thing, and don't confuse it with me calling it bad - but as good as the breakfast was the dinner came up a little short of expectations. Again, was not bad but I expected a lot after the delicious breakfast experience.

Alles hat uns gefallen. Auf jeden Fall 5.Sterne. Die Pool-Villa absolut Spitze. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Frühstück war auch super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Wir haben hier auf Samui schon viele Hotels durch,aber das war das beste. Nicht günstig,aber sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Bar ist verbesserungswürdig.
