Pros:

AC, internet, wifi

Cons:

The room and the bathroom is smell. Shower not working. The floor and bedsheet are dirty. Cannot lock the terrace door.

Cons:

-we couldn’t check in! The property just didn’t answer on booking and 2 phones. When it finally did answer one of the calls I heard “No booking.com. No speak English”. Only after writing to their account in WhatsApp, we received another number, and this person did answer. Horrible service! And the apartment was prepaid by us already!
-you rent an apartment (and not a room) to have a kitchen. They have it, but there is no stove, oven, microwave or even a teapot, NOTHING! You can’t even boil water.
-air conditioning didn’t work properly. On the temperature set +16, it was +27 in the room.
-wifi basically didn’t work, giving 0.5 Mb speed. I lost money, because I couldn’t participate at work calls.
-horrible smell in the bathroom
-horrible chemical-flower smell in the whole flat, I couldn’t breathe. We kept the balkony door open all night, the chemical smell went away, and cigarettes smell appear. We also found cigarettes marks on the bed. And it says “non-smoking room” on Booking.
-you can’t sleep at night because of the mosque nearby

Worst experience in Indonesia. Not recommended.

Pros:

I went to the apartment but i couldn't the room. I asked a few people such as security, engginering officer and other people nearby, the did not know about redliving. There's person incharge to contact at site from red living. So i went out of the aparment without stay in. Maybe it's a fraud. So rediculous.
