Pros:

The hotel is located in an excellent location with access to the 4 main shopping malls of Bangkok, adjacent to the public transportation artery (BTS).
The large and spacious hotel is located above the MBK mall.
Large, spacious, clean rooms equipped with a mini bar, Nesspresso coffee machine and bottled of water. The king size bed was comfortable and spacious, the view from the room (26th floor) was spectacular.
Reception staff is very kind and helpful. breakfast is rich but the dining room is very noisy and busy, we preferred to have breakfast at the Lounge.

Cons:

Find 2 times a ded bugs at the dining room toilets.
