Prima für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Das Grant Sathon ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Die sehr großen Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet, alles hat funktioniert und die Klimaanlage lies sich gut regulieren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Pool auf dem Dach war sauber und hatte immer freie Liegen. Das Frühstück war für den Preis von 250 Bath außerordentlich gut mit guter Auswahl und viele Sachen wurden frisch gemacht (Eierspeisen, Cappuccino etc) und freundlicher Bedienung. Sehr gute Betten. Zentrale Lage zum Fluss und zur Altstadt (Hotel und Vergnügungsviertel etwa 2 km entfernt)

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen (leider), Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die Türen zum Treppenhaus eher nur Sichtschutz. Die Rooftop Bar hat leider schon um 22:00 Uhr zu gemacht. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral in der "Altstadt" mit unwahrscheinlich viel streetfood, aber kaum Bars, muss man suchen und finden. Elektroschalter für die zahlreichen Beleuchtungen nur zentral direkt am Eingang (Masterschalter am Bett aber vorhanden)

Would definitely stay there again. Great place to stay and have told our friends to stay there also.
Pros:

Great Location. Very spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly. No problems leaving our cases there after check out.
Breakfast was very good.
Roof bar and pool were very good

Gut gelegenes Stadthotel!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, tolles Essen in der Nebenstraße, Einkaufmöglichkeit, BTS alles in ca 400m schnell erreichbar.
Toller Pool und Dachterrasse. Sehr schön gemacht.

Cons:

Die Betten in unserem Upgradezimmer waren das Elternbett bretthart, aber so gefedert das jede Bewegung starkes Federn auslöst.
Das Schlafsofa ging für ein kleines Kind nur so gerade. Musst als erwachsener ausweichen, das war furchtbar. Unförmig weich, sehr sehr weich, Federn und dann harte trenner zu spüren. Ging gar nicht.

Tout à fait correct et répondant à notre demande
Pros:

La piscine sur le rooftop très agréable. Notre chambre était spacieuse ce qui est vraiment plaisant, possibilité de rangement et de s’étaler lol. La proximité de tout entre du chao phraya, Iconsiam etc… personnel très accueillant

Cons:

Je pense qu’il serait opportun de rafraîchir cet hôtel afin d’être plus au goût du jour.

Leuk hotel met super locatie en vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten
Pros:

De locatie bij de Sathor pier heel makkelijk bereikbaar en heel
vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Ook het ontbijt was zeer lekker. De kamer heel groot en proper. Ook fijn zwembad en laat open. Echt genoten van ons verblijf

Immer wieder Grand Sathorn
Pros:

Wenn ich in Bangkok bin buche ich immer dieses Hotel. Für mich passt hier alles. Gute Lage. 7 Minuten zur BTV und zur Anlagestelle. Freundliches Personal und am Abend der Pool zum relaxen.

Pros:

When approaching the hotel, walking from the train station I was quite dishearten: It was going along a busy and smelly street, the hotel looked extremely ugly from the outside … When entering the hotel, it was like entering another world. The interior is elegant and while not new it is well kept, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, pool on the nineth floor an oasis, staff is very friendly. And the location and surrounding area actually is great (if you avoid the direct route along the smelly and busy direct street from the train station but take the parallel side roads towards the north), giving easy access to street food, shopping and the ferry on the river to get you quickly to the main tourist places.

Cons:

The rooms to the east and south are a bit noisy from the heavily trafficked streets. I would assume that a room to the west would be quieter. Breakfast was OK but don't expect anything special.

Nice hotel in very well connected location
Pros:

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, very good location, close to the train station and boat pier- which was the fastest way to get to the old town and many other parts of Bangkok. Very well connected. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant.

Cons:

Bathroom was clean and renovated, but bath itself was a little bit older and painted.
