Pros:

Staff were excellent, location was a short drive from almost anything. Air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

Furniture was old and dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable. Shower curtain was dirty, very sporadic water pressure.

Pros:

Al partir de la primera noche la habitación estuvo limpia a diario, incluyendo cambio de toallas.
La piscina y bar de la terraza están muy bien, aunque antiguas, y supongo que por éso no había gente

Cons:

Cuando llegamos al hotel dudamos en que fuera el de las fotos. Y la habitación el primer día estaba sucia. Supongo que llevaban tiempo sin darla.
La habitación era enorme, igual que la cama, pero en proporción el baño era muy pequeño.
Al tener el equipo de aire acondicionado encendido se formaba un charco en el suelo, y con 34-38ºC, obviamente, lo teníamos encendido

Hôtel très bien situé ( BTS - Bateau - Commerce - Street Food) et personnel très accueillant
La chambre ( 1 nuit) était très spacieuse et propre!

Cons:

Pros:

Das Hotel punktet natürlich mit seiner Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Bahn und auch am Fluss. Es ist alles was man braucht in nächster Umgebung. MC Donald gleich eine Strasse weiter und auch der 7/11. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel kommen.Es ist immer noch günstiger als die Großen in der Nachbarschaft.

Cons:

Nicht ganz so gut fanden wir das Frühstückl. Die Auswahl war nicht so überragend. Aber wir werden überall satt.

Good value for money, nothing luxurious
Pros:

The hotel is good, very friendly staff, good location with a great roof terrace.

Cons:

However, the pictures online are well taken. Although the rooms were clean, you could tell that overall it could use some renovation and the bathroom shows some wear and tear.

Déception pour un 4 étoile !
Pros:

L’amabilité du personnel.
Chambre spacieuse.
La piscine et le bar sur le toit.

Cons:

Insonorisation de la chambre et le bruit de la climatisation, le lit.
La salle de bain dans son ensemble. Pas de douche, pas de prise, la baignoire.
État vieillot général de l’établissement

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyydestä

Valikoin hotellin koska katolla oli uimaallas mutta kun saavuin perille vesi uimaaltaassa olikin vihreää eikä siinä voinut uida eikä myöskään tästä tarkottu hyvitystä sänky oli myös kova

Pros:

Very responsive staff and the value for money is really great - rooms are very big and well appointed. Location is also relatively good, right in the middle of Silom and close to plenty of shops, restaurants and transport.

Cons:

The hotel is definitely not new and there isn’t great sound proofing between the rooms, but it was very relaxing all the same.

Water entered the room when it rained hard, getting some of our stuff wet, and the staff didn't offer any compensation; breakfast was also the same everyday and the options were limited for a 4-star hotel
