Proximity to Apollo hospitals, mere 5 min walk

Cons:

The 9th floor seems to be remodeled recently so the rooms on those floors are better but are costlier. We were initially allocated a room on the 10th floor (which consisted of the old rooms) The room and bathroom looked really worn out, bedsheets were not clean. After staying a night there, we upgraded to a room on the 9th floor for the rest of our stay

Really, it is a renovated, the toilets and shower, and I need to replace all beds, but she’s very poor condition
Pros:

Close to city centre , good Kerala food, and staff all are very helpful people

Cons:

The bed very poor condition, which is, I am staying Room and toilets. It’s not very nice and the morning is very bad. Smell is coming from the toilet.

Met general expectations as a KTDC Hotel. Cleaning staff need to work effectively
Pros:

Food in the property was very tasty and good. Breakfast spread was limited - but everything was tasty.

Cons:

Cleanliness in the property needs major improvement. Facilities need overhaul
