Very bad hotel no assistance during an emergency situation . Also not clean. .

I was accommodated at some other property as this property was under maintenance. U had to pay auto fare to travel to the other property and it was quite far away from my place of work which was walking distance from Appolostay!!!

Booked 2 room but they provided only 1 room. Because according to them room was not available. When you cant even provide the room then stop taking bookings from booking.com
Worst hotel ever
No doubt the cleanliness was very good but the behavior of the care taker Srikant was very rude and non cooperative. 1st day on 8th April where we were accommodated was really very good but there after we were shifted to a room stated to very congested ,poor lighting , long time used one towel between 2 personal. Simply not worth of room charges paid Rs 9000.00 Totally dissatisfied.
They are taking booking without having rooms and accommodating customers somewhere else , it’s failure of booking.com by not verifying..,
