Room okey
The towel smells like it hasn't dried properly or has been used, not a clean one, so use your own towel.
1) We already paid online but the staff asking for the payment again and she mentioned that they don’t have account with booking.com and the payment won’t credit into their account. She advised us to chat with the customer service but until today we haven’t received any refund on this matter.
2) we already informed the cleaner no need to clean up the room. But when we get back to the hotel after the long day, the cleaner obviously stepped into our room without any cleaning and leave a smoking smell on our room! So what is the purpose of stepped in our room but no a cleaning job was done??? Just smoking in our room?? Luckily we didn’t leave any valuable items in the room!! This is very serious matters!
The staff is very friendly, especially the women at the front desk.
I didn't like that I didn't come here everytime I came to visit bintulu before. Nextime I will be staying here.

My room is not like in the picture, but it’s ok at least the room is clean, a bit noisy but just fine, the price is very worth it.
Pillow only 2, the bed why using the wheel? The mirror why only in toilet?

One shortcoming of the hotel is the absence of a large mirror for guests to get ready. I would suggest providing a full-length mirror, as there is a suitable space available to place it.
