Perfect location, extremely good hosts, very quiet and comfortable
Pros:

Perfect location, the best two star hotel I've ever stayed at. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. We asked for the quietest room and got it. I'm a light sleeper but was able to sleep without earplugs with the window open. Really amazing. Big comfortable nicely decorated but simple room. Great bathroom. Simple breakfast included. Impossible to beat. We loved it.

Excellent location, kind staff
Pros:

The staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Room was a good size and off the rear courtyard so it was nice and quiet. We didn't do breakfast but they offered us cafe, which was nice.

Meraviglioso
Pros:

Stanze ampie e pulite. Terrazza panoramica meravigliosa. Personale accogliente e attento. Posizione unica. Parcheggiato a 10 minuti a piedi in via Zanolini con abbonamento giornaliero a 11 euro al giorno (domenica gratuito). Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Pros:

La gentilezza dei proprietari è stata eccezionale - mi hanno aspettato nonostante arrivassi tardissimo dal lavoro. Anche quando c’è stato un problema con la prenotazione, sono stati disponibilissimi. La posizione è ottima, con quella terrazza panoramica sulle Due Torri che vale da sola il soggiorno. Ho dormito bene, camera e bagno erano puliti.

Will come back - pefect spot for Bologna
Pros:

Wonderful staff, appartment feel with a very big room which was very clean, could not get a more central location.

Cons:

The saturday night was extremely noisy because of the street but they had warned me. The city center is also completely shut down to cars on weekends.

Hyggeligt og centralt.
Pros:

Virkelig central beliggenhed. Nemt at finde frem og altid hjælpsomt og venligt personale i receptionen - bemanding døgnet rundt. Vi havde et værelse uden badeværelse (der var dog en håndvask med drikkevand, hvilket var perfekt), og det fungerede så fint at dele med de kun 3 andre rum uden bad.
