Served the purpose very well for us.
Pros:

The position, cleanliness and ease of access even though the host was not present.

Cons:

Bedsheets and pillowcases were crushed, could have been ironed. No electric kettle and tea/coffee making set in the room. Also, we did not opt for breakfast but saw the arrangement. No way it is worth 12€.

I moved out after be scolded by the host, who never appeared in person and very slow at replying msg.

Cons:

Horrible no elevator for a four stored building and the room is super small
Heater doesn’t work at all and curtain is broken too
It is relatively cheap but with a slighter higher price there are lots of options nearby

Potential to be very good - but not the night we stayed
Pros:

Room was very comfortable, clean, very spacious, good bathroom, good shower.
Location - overlooking the Rhine was super.

Cons:

We felt we were short changed. The owner sent a message saying not many guests that night, so no staff on premises, please self check in. So obviously the restaurant was closed. The room had a kettle but no tea, coffee or milk - just sugar.
The lock to the room did not work properly and no staff around to sort it - so we had no choice but to leave the door unlocked when we went out.
Disappointing.

Excellent location on the promenade, walk everywhere. Amazing staff. Balcony room very nice,
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, has an egg boiler so we had soft boiled eggs, bread, yogurt coffee daily! Super friendly staff. Clean comfy room, amazing balcony. We didn’t mind stairs. Easy self check in. Lovely Rhine River view! Numerous restaurants, shops, boat rides and landmarks. Love Boppard and Zur Fähre!

Cons:

Fans in room would have been great! A lot of town is closed on sundays. The restaurant is closed, but free breakfast served there daily by friendly hostess.

Charming with excellent location
Pros:

Wonderful view of the river, restaurants right outside the door. Charming hotel, nice and clean rooms, and as an added bonus our room had a balcony overlooking the Rhein.

Cons:

Steep stairs might prove difficult for some.
