Pros:

My kids enjoyed the pool fountain. The Charlet room had all the utensils we needed. We enjoyed the braai in the braai area.

Cons:

My kids did not enjoy the Game Drive because they did not see any animals for the good 1.5 hour drive. Felt like we paid R500 for two people for nothing.

Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

There are cockroaches all over including the bedroom;
They do not have double/king size bed, they combine single beds which is very uncomfortable;
What's on their pictures is not what you get when you arrive;
No firearm safes;
The dust in the wardrobe has turned into physical soil.
Their staff will never give you answers, they'll just stare at you like an idiot dispute talking their home language as if they do not understand.
They don't offer welcome pack of refreshments (simple sachets of tea and coffee);
No iron and ironing board (you need to ask and they'll borrow you);
No twin plugs to charge;
WiFi not working at all.

Overall, my family and I were extremely unhappy with the stay.
Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

The sofas are falling apart.
We cannot adjust the cold and hot water in the bathroom.
There are no mirrors.
There is nothing to hold the soap when you bath.
The bathroom door handle is broken.
The walls are dirty.
They also claimed there was quad biking, yet there is only one quad bike available.
The resort opened two hours late, and only 30 minutes after opening did they switch on the water for the kids.
