Отдых получился просто чудесный! Номер чистый и уютный, есть балкон, кондиционер, фен, холодильник , тефаль, даже есть полотенце для пляжа и пляжное покрывало— всё для удобства гостей. Постельное бельё свежее и приятное. Курорт отличный, отдых прошёл прекрасно, всем советую! Море совсем рядом, вокруг много кафе и приятная курортная атмосфера. Иссык-Куль потрясающий, обязательно вернёмся снова!

Pros:

Третий сорт - не брак.
Бедненько, но чистенько.

Cons:

Просто хмызня эконом класса.
Кусок мыла есть, шампуня нет.
Розетки болтаются.
Попросили предоплату переводом на карту частного лица до приезда.
Карты не принимают, пришлось также делать перевод.

Water Pressure is very low and completely stopped.

Our family stayed at Отель У Рыбака for one night during our travels. The location is convenient, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The apartment provides practicality for a short stay, with clean rooms and an overall well-maintained environment.

Cons:

During our stay, we encountered several issues: the flush was not working, the water pressure was very low, and at midnight, the water supply completely stopped. We had to call the administrator to resolve the issue, which was eventually fixed. Despite these inconveniences, the place has potential and could be a good choice for travelers seeking functional and straightforward accommodation if these concerns are addressed.

Unfair behaviour
Pros:

Beds are fine.

Cons:

We were waiting long for check in, they took our informations from passaports and we paid in cash. After we did check out the hotel enter fals ingo, that we were never there and booking start investigating. That is totally unprofessional I had never faced such an attitude. Also the rooms were not so clean, sometimes was no water and elecrticity. I would not reccomed this hotel to anybody and I am very sorry that we were treated unfair.
