In a pleasant town with lots to explore in the area . Clean room and comfy bed.

One of your staff took an order and then came back and told us the price of it as if to say could we afford it we felt degraded as the couple behind us ordered the same and no mention of the price to them, Thursday night we got a hair dryer from reception and nearly caught fire when turned on it was faulty got a bad fight
Room had aircon. Was well serviced and had everything necessary for a lovely stay. The bar and restaurant were fine
The lack of a lift was a little challenging as we were on 2nd floor, but the addition of an aircon'd room in a heatwave was brilliant.
