Good small private hotel in the city center. The breakfast was really great!
The room was a bit chilly. I think the heating could be turned up.
It was exactly the place what I was seeking for! Authentic house in the middle of a historical site of the city surrounded by the same nicy huts. BTW one of them was one of the two houses built by a jewish merchant. A little bit noisy though, but it was expected) You could feel like a traveler staying for a night on your silk road. Great breakfast! Thanks to the hostess‘s wife. The best plov ever!)
Excellent location in the quiet heart of the old city. Genuine old guest house. Very friendly and helpful host. Varied and interesting breakfasts with lots of dishes and lovely fruits. Great value for money.
The water pressure in our room was too low to have a proper shower.
Great location. Really kind family. Breakfast changes every day. Everything works in the room.
All good
Utkir and his family were the loveliest hosts! He just welcomed me and helped me at all times, was kind and nice with me and his wife cooked for me the best breakfast I had in all my time in Uzbekistan. Their children were also lovely. The room was great and clean, just one minute walking from the main central square of the city. It could no have been better!
The attention received in this family run guesthouse, our train was delayed and we didn't have how to communicate, we then arrived at 2 am and the owner was still waiting for us. They offered us tea all the time and the treatment in general was wonderful. One of my friends was a bit sick of the stomach and they were always asking about her and offering special tea to help. It's located in the heart of the old town close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and all fresh made. It also has a nice interior yard where you can sit and relax.
Nothing to say here
The owner and his wife were so helpful. And every time I returned to the hotel I was offered green tea and a chat. Location is perfect - in the heart of the old city but quiet and peaceful.
Nothing - all good
The place is located in the city center, very close to Lyabi Khauz. Thus, walking distance from the different sights in the city. The room was clean. It was a family-owned, reasonably priced hotel. The breakfast was included in the price and cooked by the owner. Simple breakfast just enough imo. The couple who owned the place are very accomodating and polite. They gave me recommendations of where to eat and buy stuffs. Highly recommended. 😊
Great location. Great hosts. Right in the middle of everting, but yet it is very quiet. It has all modern amenities, but yet it is very authentic and you get to experience life of a local person. Hosts go above and beyond to satisfy their guests. They even started our morning tour to show us everything we need to see. And when I said "show", I meant physically giving us a walking summary tour of the center of the city. Combining with the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel that was quite a morning. Highly recommend.
Nothing, except that I could not stay their longer
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast.
We felt too good there, so it was hard to leave 😭
The hotel is run by a very friendly old couple - they are super friendly and engaging. We had a late train so even after checkout, we hung around in the hotel and they kept serving us fruits and tea all through the day!
This was one of the best stays I have ever had, mainly because of the lovely hosts. When we arrived in the afternoon we were given tea and fresh melon that we enjoyed in the beautiful patio and the breakfast consisted of several courses. As we took a night train at the day of our departure, we could store our luggage without any extra charges and when we came to get it in the evening we were served even more tea and sweets, never have I met such lovely and welcoming hosts before.
The hotel is in an old historic building which has it's own charm, the rooms were clean and we even had a bathtub.
The pricing on the website is a bit unclear, my booking confirmation said the local tourist tax was included in the price, but in the end it wasn't and I had to pay approximately 5 USD per person and night extra. I do not think this is something they did on purpose, probably they just made a mistake in the settings at the website and the stay has great money for value also with the added tax, so this is not really a serious problem.
The television in our room did not work.
Good location
Friendly owner
Limited breakfast (kasha)
Location, Abdukarim the boy in the guest house
The host Nasriddin organised transfer, gave the driver 200 000, took 100 000 to his pocket in front of us. Gave tea, directly asked money for it. Which is again 300 000(most expensive tea in whole Uzbekistan, looked like more froud)
Hospitality, very friendly people!
