Pros:

Delightful family run homestay, a couple of minutes walk from the centre of the old town in a quiet residential area. Lovely clean room
I had the single room option, small but nice bed, a/c hot water. Great breakfast in the courtyard. Although the owners English is not great, his son is fluent and very happy to help with any questions.

スタッフが素晴らしい！男性は英語が話せます。朝早いチェックアウトでしたが、テイクアウトのパンを用意してくれました。洗濯はお金がかかりますが、速攻で洗ってくれます。次の日にはできてました。ロケーションも良いし、快適でした。

Cons:

シャワーが突然止まったりしました。もしかしたら町全体のことでホテルのせいではないかもしれないですが。

I would not recommend this room to anyone.
Pros:

The staff was good.

Cons:

The room was very small. The water tap had a very slow water flow. The shower curtain was very short, and water would pool on the floor. Mostly, no one was available at the counter. Some plumbing work was going on, and that was noisy. The bathroom size was very small, too.

Good location,value for money and friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, very helpful. I was the only guest they have due to low season in Feb. Very clean and the location is very center. Walking distance to attraction. Breakfast is just normal foods. I arrived late and they still waiting for me after i arrived late from Khiva.

Cons:

Wifi wasn’t so good is you stay upstairs. with luggage, a bit tough to carry. Also, no shower gel or shampoo. They provide very little small of soap.

清潔で、場所がとても便利。朝食も十分に出してくれた。彼らはロシア語を話すのでグーグル翻訳をダウンロードしておいて良かった。

Cons:

3日間の滞在で掃除は一度もなかった。でもタオルやトイレットペーパーは新しいものをお願いすればくれます。
