Important information:

Guests arriving after 18:00 are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance using the contact details on the booking confirmation.

Guests using a GPS navigation system should enter Buttermarkt 14 as their destination.

Parking is available at "Heumarkt" public car park, 328 feet from the property. EUR 32 per 24 hours will be charged. This public car park does not offer any benefits for hotel guests.

Please note that the hotel currently does not offer breakfast. Within a radius of 820 ft there are numerous possibilities for breakfast.

Prepaid bookings with arrivals after 6pm will receive a self check-in code.

The hotel can be reached by phone daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The reception is not permanently staffed.

For pre-paid bookings only: From Sunday to Thursday check-in after 6:00 pm takes place via a key box / self check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage am Rhein und mitten in der Altstadt, freundlicher Empfang

Cons:

Ca. € 165 etwas hoher Preis für Zimmer ohne Extras wie Kaffeemaschine, Safe etc. Wohl wegen Wackelkontakten funktionierte das Licht im Zimmer nicht einwandfrei.

Cons:

It was simply a huge disappointment—unacceptable for the price. The room had dirty, broken furniture, picture frames hiding pipes, and a wardrobe covering up kitchen tiles. There were missing pieces of flooring and a broken bathtub that had been sloppily painted. I even took photos to prove what I’m saying. I am very disappointed and feel like I was taken for a fool. However, I can say that despite its poor condition, it was relatively clean. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in,it’s a real shame.Of course and i have a lot of Photos...
