Konumu harika. İstasyona çok yakın tam merkezde, belediye meydanının orda.Tertemiz bir otel. Çıkışta bagajları 1 saat muhafaza etmek için.yardımcı oldular. Çocuklarımızla kaldık. Yatakları rahattı.

Odalara Minibar koysalar iyi olurdu.

The hotel is beautiful, elegant, spotless, and extremely comfortable.

The team is incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and caring. Their warmth and dedication truly make a difference.

A very special thank you for the amazing birthday surprise for my daughter — the room decoration was breathtaking, thoughtful, and unforgettable. My daughter was overjoyed, and we were deeply touched.

Everything exceeded our expectations: the atmosphere, the service, the comfort, and the attention to detail.
We felt welcomed, valued, and truly cared for.

Perfect location
Pros:

Lovely location and view, we took the room on the top floor overlooking the dome. Comfortable, spacious, with 2 very wide double beds.

Cons:

The refurbishment is quite outdated, but still ok.

Great location, great price, can only recommend!!
Pros:

This is the perfect boutique hotel next to the Cathedral in Cologne. Longterm/shortterm parking garage (18Euros for 24 hrs) less than 5 min walk away.
The room was spotless, all necessities taken care of. Breakfast can be had after prior reservation with the hotel owners, and it is well worth it!!!!

Location is excellent... close to station, Cathedral (the highest twin tower in the world), and other attractions.

Cons:

We struggled to bring our big luggages to our rooms upstairs through narrow stairs / small lift.
