A Unique Stay with an Unbeatable View of the Kölner Dom!
Pros:

This hotel is so unique! We really loved the convenient self check-in process. The location is absolutely incredible—only 50 meters from the Kölner Dom (Cologne Cathedral) and just 150 meters from the beautiful riverbank. It is right in the heart of the tourist area, with so many fantastic restaurant choices just steps away.
We booked the Junior Suite, and the balcony was absolutely wonderful—we had a direct view of the Kölner Dom! The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities, including air conditioning.
The AC during hot weather: We stayed during the summer when the weather in Cologne was extremely hot, and unfortunately, the AC struggled to keep the room cool.
Stairs and Luggage: The hotel has a small elevator,only reach 4 fl. Need stair to reach our room

Sehr freundliche Inhaberin des Hotels. Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Gerne wieder.

Perfekt sted for kort opphold.
Pros:

Perfekt lokalisering for oss som bare skulle være én natt i Køln. Vi fikk tilbud om å kjøpe frokost, og vi slo til - det var virkelig en bra start på dagen! Utrolig god! Veldig koselig og imøtekommende betjening. Det var svært varmt i Køln, så uten air condition var det varmt på rommet, men vi kunne oppgradert for tillegg i prisen.

Cons:

Teppe på gulvet. Sengetøyet var av polyester, så det ble ekstra klamt i varmt vær.

Pros:

Check-in ist etwas kompliziert, ähnlich ETA für UK. Check-in hat letztlich aber sehr gut funktioniert, auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt.
Ansonsten sehr schöne, großzügige und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung in absoluter Spitzenlage, direkt an der Piazza Vittorio Alfiere, also am Rande der Altstadt.
Wir haben uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt.

sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Gegend, mit einem super Frühstück
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausgewöhnlich eingerichtet und alles sehr gemütlich. Die Inhaberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und kommunikativ. Das Frühstück war ganz große Klasse und reichhaltig. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Köln kommen wissen wir auf jeden Fall wo wir übernachten.

Es war total zentral, super freundliche Besitzerin.

Es war an dem Wochenende leider sehr teuer (sonst günstiger), und ich mag keinen Teppich im Zimmer, er passte aber farblich sehr gut.

Pros:

Ontbijt was SUPER, zeer vriendelijke bediening . Zeker het geld waard . Ook een goede variatie van vers geschild fruit in een fruitsla. Koffie van de expressomachine, onbeperkt bijbestellen ...

Cons:

Het hotel heeft een beetje zijn tijd gehad, doch het is nog ok . De trap is niet voor mensen die slecht te been zijn, en de lift stopt op rare tussenverdiepen. Zeker NIET rolstoeltoegankelijk . Misschien minder geschikt voor mensen met kleine kinderen of slechte slapers : er zijn enkele luidruchtige terrasjes als je aan de voorzijde slaapt . Niet voor mensen die om 21.30 willen gaan slapen met het raam open .....

Eine passable Unterkunft bei gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Dom und es waren nur ein paar Schritte dorthin. Auch zu unserem Musical Moulin Rouge konnte wir bequem zu Fuß gehen.
Parkmöglichkeit in Parkhaus, welches ebenfalls am Dom liegt. Parkpreis für 24 Stunden 24 Euro... also 1 Euro die Stunde, da zahlt man anderswo mehr...
Die Wirtin war sehr freundlich und nett, das Frühstück war lieb zurecht gemacht und mehr als reichlich. Frische Brötchen, frisches Brot, frischer Aufschnitt frischer Obstsalat und dann noch Joghurt, was will man mehr, da kann man nicht meckern. Und auch Kaffee wurde immer nachgereicht.
Kostenloses WLAN gabs auch natürlich auch, super und man konnte sich leicht einloggen.

Cons:

Leider gibt es auch etwas Negatives... Hotel war bei Ankunft verschlossen, obwohl jemand bis 17.00 da sein sollte. Nach einem Telefonat wurde uns gesagt wo der Schlüssel hinterlegt wurde, da man meinte wir würden später kommen.(zuvor in einer Mail zwar angeküdigt dass es sein könnte bei einer Entfernung von 600 km)
Beim Fernseher war alles in englischer Sprache ,musste erst alles umändern und dann hatte man weder über Antenne noch über die anderen Quellen Empfang. Der Fehler sollte behoben werden. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir zwar deutsche Sender aber kein Beitrag lief einwandfrei, jeder Beitrag hakte, und das Antennensignal ging mehrfach verloren. Hier müsste nachgebessert werden.Das war nicht so schön, da wir das anders kennen. Vielleicht liegt es aber auch am Standort des Hotels...
