Merkezi konum, kolay giriş
Pros:

Çok merkezi bir konumdaydı, Katedralin tam karşısında otoparklara yakın ve gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz.

Cons:

bizim gibi iki çocuklu ve bebek arabalı bir aile için asansör çok küçük ve 3. Kata kadar çıkıyor, 5. Kattaki odamız için tekrar merdiven ile çıkmanız gerekiyor.

Pros:

Mir wurde sofort angeboten, meinen Koffer ins Zimmer zu tragen. Und da dieser wirklich sehr schwer war, war ich sehr dankbar, da ich das obere Zimmer bekommen hatte. Danke nochmal

Great location but welcome and room facilities could have been better.
Pros:

Perfect location and the junior suite with a terrace overlooking cathedral and church rooftops is lovely.

Cons:

We found the owners unfriendly but also, given the price, we were surprised to find not even a bottle of water in the room. No kettle to make tea. Shame really. These small touches make a big difference. The room was also cold and as the double bed just had two small single duvets, it was quite chilly in bed! Still, ten out of ten for location.

Good, safe, and clean place to crash for a couple of nights while in Cologne.
Pros:

Proximity to key sites (cathedral, train station, dining and beer hall options) was outstanding. No fuss, no muss check-in and check-out.

Cons:

It’s small. Travelers should know that in advance. I did have trouble communicating clearly with staff about a breakfast reservation (not a big deal . . . Just somewhat confusing).

Sehr gut und sehr sauber aber ein leichtes Ameisen Problem

Grund Solide, Sauber, gute Lage und gute Aussicht.

Cons:

Trotz dessen, dass es sehr sauber war, gab es vor allem im Badezimmer beim Waschbecken Ameisen die auf dem Waschbecken herum gelaufen sind, ein paar Ameisen liefen auch so durch das Zimmer. Es waren nicht viele, dennoch waren sie da.

Very disappointing - This is NOT a hotel!
Pros:

Not a lot! Location was fine and room of a reasonable size. I did not stay for breakfast. I left the previous evening as I was so disappointed with the accommodation. It was listed as a hotel, but was nothing of the kind. I arrived before 7pm and the place was in darkness. There was no Wi-Fi that I could find, no information, nobody in the ‘hotel’ to give information, and no way of making even a cup of tea. The light outside my room was not working and I had to find the stairs in the dark. I left and booked into a far superior hotel around the corner.

Cons:

It could have been a real hotel, as advertised! There should have been some way of making a cup of tea, either in the room or elsewhere in the building. There should have been someone on the premises at least until 10pm. The light outside my room should have been working!!
