Зручне розташування, комфортне спа. Ідеально для тимчасового перебування

Cons:

Мінімалістичні детали, як наприклад гачки для верхнього одягу при вході в кімнату. Дивне налаштування вентиляції в санвузлі.

Дуже ввічливий персонал, дуже професійний, була дуже приємна атмосфера від них ! Приїхали вперше сюди тільки з чоловіком, зараз привезли з собою компанію друзів! Обовʼязково приїдемо сюди ще раз, з ще більшою компанією)

Pros:

Excellent service, very available and friendly; good location; quiet but supermarket and bus station is very close, city center 10 min walk. Rooms have a coffee machine, kettle, tea, clean drinking water available at the floor. Spa and pool are excellent, restaurant is good, breakfasts very good, fresh and great choice. Lots of nice welcome surprises, very good spirit.

Cons:

There was a minor problem with the window that didn't close tight, it was partly fixed.

Комфортний готель з топовою локацією і високим сервісом
Pros:

Проживали в готелі в кінці березня, переїхали до нього з іншого готелю і маю з чим порівняти. Локація - ТОП. Навпроти Сільпо, аптека, паркінг #1, дуже зручно. Дуже комфортні номери, все продумано до дрібниць: ціле меню подушок), крем для рук, що особливо важливо в холодну погоду, жалюзі, щоб повністю затемнити кімнату, є ігри, щоб цікаво провести вечір. В номерах тепло. Є невеличке СПА (дві сауни, джакузі і басейн), але цього достатньо, щоб зняти втому від довгих прогулянок. В цей період в готелі було не дуже багато людей, то ж в якийсь вечір в СПА ми були єдині відвідувачі).
На сніданок вибір невеликий. Але можна щось обрати. Один раз на сніданок поклали замерзший салат, вся зелень була в льоді. Я думаю, що салати не їхня сильна сторона. Бо коли вечеряли в готелі, то сподобалося з меню все, окрім салату. До Цезаря теж були питання, напевно нема умов для зберігання салатної зелені, тому вона перевертає. А все інше - борщ, грибна юшка, деруни - було смачно.
При виїзді нам вручили комплімент від готелю і лист з подякою від засновника мережі. Такі дрібниці точно роблять сервіс мережі Ribas незабутнім.
