Pros:

The staff were excellent, very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Housekeeping did a great job, and the cleaning was consistently very good. Thank you for making our stay more comfortable and pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were quite disappointing. They feel old and heavily worn out there are visible chips, marks on the walls, and overall signs of poor maintenance.

In our first room, we encountered ants. We appreciate the staff for relocating us, although it happened the next day. The second room was slightly cleaner and a bit newer, but we unfortunately found cockroaches, likely coming from a nearby café. We had to keep the windows closed and even use insect spray.

Despite being a bit better, the second room still had stained walls and old furniture. Considering that we did not choose the cheapest option, the condition of the rooms was below expectations.

Sound insulation is also extremely poor — you can hear even small noises from neighboring rooms.

Cons:

Сильный запах порошка от белья, враньё персонала, возврат денег за досрочный выезд обещали, но нет, сваливая всё на посредника. Обещали прополоскать бельё, чтобы не было запаха- нет. Обещали починить розетку у кровати- нет. Я спала скрючившись на диванчике, потому что засыпаю с телефоном. Обещают что-то и не делают, при этом мило улыбаютсяю . В номере на балкон открывается одна дверь и душно.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und schön.
Toll war auch, dass wir beim Hotel Rennräder ausleihen konnten und damit eine wunderschöne Fahrradtour gemacht haben.

Einfach alles super :)
Pros:

An dieser Unterkunft hat uns einfach alles gefallen!
Zentrale Lage. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.
Eine Ladung Wäsche und der Flughafen Transfer sind gratis.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!
Roller können direkt beim Hotel gemietet werden.
Unser Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit tollen Ausblick. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Das Hotel und das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber.
Es gab einen kleinen Pool auf dem Dach, super für eine kurze Erfrischung.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Personnel très agréable et efficace. L hotel est très bien situé, les chambres sont bien conçues.
Le linge est lavé gratuitement et c est très facile de louer un.scooter.
Tout était parfait.

Preis-Leistung war sehr gut, die Lage war top. Am Hotel kann man auch Roller ausleihen oder Ausflüge buchen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig.

Cons:

Der Pool auf dem Dach ist nicht wirklich einladend. Wir haben uns außerdem stark am Fuß verletzt, da hinter dem Pool eine nicht beleuchtete Kante ist. Hier sollte das Hotel dringend nachbessern.

Amazing hotel with staff on hand to make sure we wanted for nothing. Really appreciate the attentiveness and care given
