Розташування готелю, ціна, віддаленність від дороги, критий басейн, балкон. Ще приємний адміністратор, яка швидко вирішує питання. Заселення було раніше.
Відпочиваємо з родиною вже 3 рік і з кожним роком бачу, що готель стає гіршим. Якщо по дитячому майданчику, батут, тарзанка зникли взагалі, гойдалки зламані. У номері стало брудніше, у ванній кімнаті павутиння. За 5 днів прибирання номеру, заміни рушників чи постілі не було. Сніданки стали бідніші, у цьому році ходили зі своїм хлібом, бо у кафе він цвілий був і холодний (і цвілий був не тільки у нас, і не один день). Душові старі, не було світла і вода капала у ванній кімнаті, але це поміняли. Замок у ванній не працює взагалі.
Готель дуже милий та компактний. Номери зроблені зі струба деревини. Смачні та різноманітні сніданки з можливістю замовлення у ресторані обіду або вечері. Закритий басейн дуже тішить, коли погода погана
У номерах немає кондиціонерів, тому коли на вулиці спекотно у дерев`яних номерах зовсім не прохолодно.

Смерділа вода, дуже погана вода була. Павутина у ванні.
Проживали на першому поверсі і вночі було дуже чутно як все скрипіло на другому поверсі.
The room looks the same as in the pictures. The location is fine, although it is 3-4 km from the ski slopes. The staff is kind, but no one knows English, the reception is not always open. Their cat is adorable.
The biggest problem was that no one from the accommodation informed us that the card payment could not be made. Although on the booking it is mentioned that you can pay by card, and on the reception door it says that it accepts payment with VISA cards. We got there and had to try to change the money at a very high commission. It would be preferable for foreign tourists to mention these aspects before arriving in Ukraine. No one knew English at the reception and it was difficult for us to understand each other. In addition, the bathroom was not the cleanest, they could insist more on cleanliness.
