Very poor
Pros:

Tea and coffee making facility in the hallway.

Cons:

Plumbing needs serious attention, taps dripping, toilet leaking onto the floor. Old sheet, tiny blanket, lots of ants. Room cleaned only on request, toilet paper not available even after asking.

Very basic room at a price where in cities with more competitors much better is available for the same price.
