A wonderful stay
Pros:

The old charm ambience of a bygone era.
Loved the guest rooms with all the thoughtful trimmings and the friendly welcome of Michelle. Well done!

Cons:

Nothing I disliked but was a little wary of the narrow tread staircase…

Wonderful place to stay !
Pros:

Great facilities in a character full property. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Location was ideal, just off the main road and 20 minutes away from our meeting point for a Kapiti Island tour. Facilities very clean and exactly what we needed. Beds super comfortable, lots of hot water and fresh towels.

Comfortable stay in a venue with personality and charm.
Pros:

A wonderful old rambling hotel that is obviously loved. Host was very obliging and helpful, running after me with something I had forgotten. Just what we wanted, an interesting, and comfortable place that had character about an hour from Wellington. Thank you.

Pros:

Cool place to stay. Great hosts. Was exactly as I thought it would be, great character. I thought it was fairly quiet, bearing in mind it's close to the main highway. Clean, warm and good location for me. Thanks.
