Locatie is prima.

Cons:

Er waren vlekken op alle lakens en zelfs verschillende rode en gele (bloed en ? ) vlekken op de dekens.
Badkamer in orde maar vuil en onafgewerkt

Overall-good stay and value for cheap overnight or two.
Pros:

Great spot for an overnight or two. Plan Jane in all other aspects. Maint. guy checked in about TV connection (Chanel’s not working) which I didn’t care about. I’d come in off night dive water stone-cold no hot water was disappointing.

Cons:

Close to other rentals. Had to close window due to cigarette smoke coming in from the neighbor who was sitting on the stoop. For non-smoking room the grounds could use a designated smoking area.

Bellissimo soggiorno con un dueño gentilissimo! Vale la pena tornarci!
Pros:

Posizione vicinissima al centro, il dueño (padrone di casa) Manuel e la sorella sono Cozumeleñi e sono disponibilissimi e gentilissimi, sempre pronti a sorridere ed a dare ottimi consigli su posti da visitare sull’isola e piccole perle del posto, come piccole osterie locali dove si mangia benissimo e si spende davvero poco. Alla fine del soggiorno, il signor Manuel si è anche offerto di accompagnarci in un altro posto dell’isola, dove eravamo diretti, per non farci spendere soldi prendendo un taxi

Wonderful owner!
Pros:

The room was cozy, clean, and had excellent water pressure and shower temperature, perfect for me and my two little ones. The location couldn’t be more convenient, especially with a pharmacy right next door. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the owner, Manuel. He went above and beyond! So kind, welcoming, and genuinely generous. You can really feel how much he cares about his guests. We felt safe and supported :) We’ll absolutely be coming back the next time we’re in Cozumel. Highly, highly recommend!

Nice guesthouse with very helpful owner
Pros:

Super helpful owner, communicative, flexible and replying quickly. Few minutes walk from the ferry. Nice garden to hang out. We could use bikes which helped us to explore a little nearby beaches.
We could also store our luggage after check out.

Cons:

The kitchen wasn't very well equipped - there were no cups to make tea in the morning - or I couldn't locate them.

Pros:

The owner was very nice and it is super close to everything.
The rooms are not directly connected to the street so it is quiet.

Cons:

The room is heavily moldy. I could barely sleep because of the smell. The bed seemed used because the sheets are dirty and I found hair and other dirt in the bed.
The room and the bathroom have been quite dirty.

Pros:

Good location 400 meters to the beach.
Our room had an onsuite bathroom.
A/C works great.

Cons:

Our bathroom was leaking water on the floor.
Couldn't change the setting on a/c, however it did work excellent. Too excellent. Lol

Pros:

We like the location, the garden, the cleanest of the room.

Cons:

lot of noise coming from other user when loud talking in the garden/kitchen. not very soundproof windows. I had to cleaned the AC filter as it where so dusty the the air flow didn't pass through.
