The site location and view
The bedroom air conditioned was too noisy. I just
Unplugged it for the hole stay. The exteriors housekeeping next to the balcony was poor with accumulation of hundred of rotten mangoes fruits.
The location and the view were awesome. The kitchen area and the balcony were perfect for group gathering.
The were a few tiny bugs around the villa. Dead cockroach was found in the master bedroom.

Dirty. Cockroaches and mosquitoes. Stains and hair on blankets and sheets. Dead bugs on the floor. Bird poop on the couch. Disgusting stains on the refrigerator and toilet seats. The trash can is under the sink along with the pots and pans. Mattresses were uncomfortable. The doors were not tightly sealed to prevent bugs coming in from the outside. A deposit was required to reserved this booking and once we realized how filthy this place was, we can't get back out of this place. Do NOT book this place unless you are okay with being in a filthy vacation rental.
First, its Culebra part of the allure is the "lack of" and the lack of pretentiousness, so I cant and wont be too hard. This place was adequate plus.
Its a Great view and space for 4-8 people, especially the deck with grille. Plenty of amenties, but low on any provided supplies.
The newer kitchen equipment was nice. The queen bed is NOISEY, if you move at all during the night youll wake up the other, and any extra "movements" and the whole place can hear it. The AC was great, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers was helpful.
It could have been cleaner, but wasnt grimy. Better value with more people, we were just 2 and we booked late so it was what was left, but I'd return with others.
I absolutely loved the staff. Carlos was very accommodating. The staff even picked my group up and took us to a rental site for vehicle next day.
A little dated on the beds and appliances. No stove, and lots of mosquitos. Bring bug repellant! It could use a little more cleaning, and don't drink the wine lol.

Unclear check-in instructions where we had to go find a neighbour at the property and ask how to check-in.
Sooo much mosquitoes inside when we arrived + cockroaches. Not cleaned very well, loud AC in the bedroom

House was a bit dirty (i.e. fridge, cupboards and kitchen countertops) and showed lot of wear & tear
3rd bedroom was not a bedroom but a closet, luckily no one needed to stay there

we stayed at their Oceana Villas a 3 minutes drive from the beautiful Seabourn Boutique Hotel. the villas were absolutely beautiful. The ocean views from almost every window was a added bonus. very well equipped with great A/C. we ventured to Club Seabourn to swim in their beautiful pool and eat at their restaurant. their Chef should be a Michelin Star chef!!! his meals were the absolute best we had on Culebra!! we ate there most nights and always looked forward to the friendliness of their staff, they made you feel like family the instant you walked in. the bar tender was an absolute Gem and he let us know so much about the island and he made our night with so much laughter.
if you go to Culebra Club Seaborne is an absolute must stay. thanks for one incredible experience all you beautiful staff at Club Seaborne we will see you soon. love the Brune’s 🙌🙌❤️❤️
