Fajny hotel z dobrą kuchnią. Jak poprawią niedociągnięcia będzie naprawdę dobrze

Lokalizacja: W centrum ale na uboczu. Cicho
Kuchnia: Zarówno kolacja jak i śniadania: Pyszne! Zdecydowanie najsilniejszy punkt tego hotelu

Cons:

Pokój w którym byłem (107) w mojej opinii za tą cenę to nieco "trąci myszką" (chociaż łazienka jest po remoncie)
Nie jestem estetą ale rolety nie dość że średnio pasują kolorystycznie to są brudne i w sumie niepotrzebne bo zasłony daja radę.
W moim pokoju było też nieposprzątane (nie odejmuje za to punktów bo wszędzie pracują ludzie i można zapomnieć czegoś zabrać)
Fajnie że jest siłownia ale nakład podczas pracy się zawieszał w połowie drogi na atlasie (niebezpieczne) a pas na bieżni był za luźny. Zgłosiłem to do recepcji. Nie wiem czy coś z tym zrobiono. Szkoda... bo akurat ja (jak i moim znajomi z pracy) wybieramy hotele również pod katem siłowni i szkoda że ten aspekt jest nieco zaniedbany.

Все було добре. Чисто, тихо, персонал чудовий з відчуттям гумору- Ми таке любимо) Ми обожнюємо Польщу. Дякуємо, друзі!

Cons:

Кухня на замовлення середня , завтраки очікували в черзі, wi-fi не було на першому поверсі навіть з допомогою персоналу (без доступу в Інтернет). Но це все не критично.

Notre séjour se très bien déroulé, dommage pour l'hotel.

La chambre était froide, malgré qu'on nous a change la chambre. Le sol pas très propres. Pour avoir l'eau chaude pour se doucher il fallait faire couler l'eau pendent 10 minutes (j'ai mesurais) pour pouvoir se doucher.
Petit déjeuner- les œufs brouilles froides, charcuterie - pas trop de choix, yaourt que le premier jour, parce que ils vont avoir le livraison donc il y aura le lundi, et on était jeudi, le pain pas de choix. Les fruits les mêmes depuis 3 jours.
Le personnel sympa, fait plein des excuses et fait qu'il peut.

Pros:

Breakfast lady was very supporting in the difficult situation we were going through with my sister. She made us feel very welcomed.

Cons:

Shift manager was disrespectful and when we were going for funeral she stopped us to pay extra for my niece that came just for the funeral. Didnt have any empthy and we felt really bad after how she treated us.

Jedyny minus to że łóżko podwójne nie było podwójne, a były to dwa pojedyncze łóżka złączone przez co w samym środku była dziura. Poza tym same plusy :)
