a goog place for backpackers and to rest and hit the road
Pros:

the fact that he wait for us to open the hotels since it was an accident we arrived so late lije 1:30am he was kind enough to receive us, his attentions are five stars, the location is great just few steps from main road and the Cahuita Park and next to good restaurants

Cons:

you can hear all kind of noise the shower is lack of hot or warm waters the mattresses are so old fashion

Pros:

Location in downtown, close to Playa Negra beach and the national park. Nice owners who wanted to solve problems. Noisy water pump was fixed, Wi-Fi modem moved (but it didn’t help).

Cons:

Very weak Wi-Fi, often no Wi-Fi, even after the modem was moved. No hot water and sometimes no water at all. Leaking wash basin in toilet.
Most of this would have been OK if we had paid half the price but 70$ a night was far too much. All the rooms seem to have three or four queen size beds so maybe it is worth it if you are a big group or family, but not for two persons.
