Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários. A localização é muito boa, sendo possível fazer tudo a pé.

Cons:

O hotel está com algumas reformas, então isso atrapalha um pouco. Acredito que algumas melhorias de infraestrutura poderiam ser feitas, o chuveiro não esquentava muito, fez falta uma cortina que blackout no quarto e algumas cobertas estavam bem empoeiradas.

Na minha opinião, o café deveria ser servido mais cedo 06hs da manhã, pois quem viaja à trabalho, normalmente tem q está saindo no no máximo 06:30hs.

Cons:

A minha reclamação é somente o horário do café da manhã.

Lugar muito tranquilo, e limpo.
Pros:

Ambiente extremamente limpo, organizado, e com uma decoração linda. Não poderia deixar de falar do café da manhã, muito bem servido com diversas opções, comidas bem típicas mineira.

Cons:

A cama do quarto que fiquei deveria ser um pouco mais dura, para quem tem problema de coluna não é boa, infelizmente meu esposo ficou com dores na lombar devido o colchão ser muito mole.

Aluguei um quarto duplo, porém nao sei o motivo fui direcionada para o econômico, quarto ruim em tudo, cama, janela, limpeza.
