Wow! Where should I begin? This is the best place I've ever stayed. The service is impeccable, the cleanliness is incredible, and they take special care of their guests. It's the best location in the city. You can make your reservation without fear! A special mention goes to the receptionist (I don't remember her name), who was extremely attentive and helpful. Thank you for everything! I'll stay here every time I return! 🇧🇷🇧🇷

I stayed in 3 nights but they didn’t collect trash, change toơels or make room :(
The location
The smell in the room is horrible. We spent 3 days trying to figure out where the cigarette smell was coming from but it was impossible. If you have free time in Da Nang I challenge you to guess from where is it coming. Usually I don’t care if the room does not smell really good but in this case was another level of awful smell. It made me cough. It felt like being next to a smoker the whole time you where inside the hotel.
Also the hotel is in the first floor but the garage in the ground floor was always open which didn’t feel safe at all. You can get to the elevator and to the rooms from there
We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the lady checked us in straight away, even changing us to a different room as the aircon wasn’t working in the first room. Rented a bike from the hotel, and staff were very friendly and helpful.
