Room cancelled without any prior communication
Cons:

Room was cancelled without prior information. I got an email that hotel is suggesting different date but when I declined it said my original date is confirmed.
On reaching dandeli, i was not able to find the hotel based on Google map and even phone was picked after multiple tries when they said they won't be able to provide the room.
