We got what we went for
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, with helpful, polite staff and great facilities, including four saunas, cold water, and a small warm-water pool. Loved the breakfast and the dinner buffet; everything we needed. The rooms are comfortable; I especially liked the scent of the bedsheets, which lasted over 2 days, and I also liked the payment system: all extras were added to the room bill, which we paid at the end of the visit, so we didn't need to walk around with purse.

Cons:

It wasn't a deal breaker. However, we found the heating and hair dryer a little weak for our liking, and I also think a drinking water fountain would be nice in the spa.

Velmi příjemný pobyt s dobrým jídlem a možností wellnes vyžití .Přivítal bych například bowlingovou dráhu.

Cons:

Vyšší ceny za alko i nealkoholické nápoje.Buď není nebo jsem neviděl možnost fitness cvičení?

A Hotel Cascade egy hatalmas csalódás

Cons:

A szobában a légkondi 28°C alá nem tudta vinni a hőmérsékletet. Tele volt a szoba poloskákkal. Nem kevesebb, mint 30-at kellett összeszednünk. A kávéfőző nem működött. A zuhanyzóban a nagy zuhanyrózsa alig lövelt ki valami vizet. A hotel folyosóin szét voltak hagyva létrák, kartondobozok, meg egyéb kellékek.

Pros:

- the view is really nice
- the food! Both breakfast and dinner was really good, loved that you could make your own smoothie for breakfast
- love that the thermal bath was open until 2 am, it has such a nice vibe

Cons:

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not working and the first we went to the thermal bath it was quite cold, but luckily then they warmed it up later

Cons:

Не смотря на то, что написали в отель, что едем из разных стран, чтобы вместе отметить свои дни рождения, не получили от отеля поздравления, как это было в предыдущие разы.

Měl jsem požadavek pokoj s výhledem do údolí,bohužel to dopadlo jinak...
Pros:

Jídlo velmi chutné,obsluha pozorná,bufet pravidelně doplňovan.

Cons:

Absolutně spatne vyreseny pokoj 301 ,ktery nemá dostatek uložného prostoru,velice málo osvětlení,jenom jedno křeslo na posezení ale hlavně je tam malý gauč nevím ale na co když na něm nejde ani pohodlně sedět.Prostě pokoj velmi špatně navržený s výhledem do svahu......Takže už nikdy!

Absolutely great value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner have been absolutely great, especially the fact that it has not been the same every morning and evening, a few meals kept changing and the quality/taste was awesome.
Beautiful hotel overall, absolutely clean and prestigious, great place.

Cons:

Spa staff disappeared for too long during opening hours, leaving guests unable to retrieve their towel tickets.
TV only had a handful of channels working (majority in German for some reason) + broken remote control.
