Pros:

A szoba tiszta és jó illatú volt.

Cons:

A személyzet főként a recepción elég kelletlen és kimért volt. Kicsit sem barátságos. Volt, hogy kb. 10 percig vártam az üres pultoknál az étteremben majd a bárban, hogy ihassak egy kávét, mire végül feladtam a dolgot.

épített és természeti környezet, a hangulat, az, hogy nem túl nagy

Cons:

nem volt szúnyogháló, reggelinél zárás előtt egy órával a sajtos-felvágottas , és más tálak szinte kiürültek, nem volt feltöltés, kérésre is csak részlegesen, csak a legolcsóbb felvágottak (4* mellett), csúcsidőben is csak 1 recepciós; a zuhanyzó csupa vízkő, a gyógyfürdőnél (!) nincs úszómester, aki fegyelmezné az ott fogócskázó, játék pisztollyal lövöldöző kisgyerekeket

Very large room, comfortable bed, we had the aqua suite wilhich comes with a private sauna and whirlpool bath, also has a wet bar, living/dining room and ensuite bathroom. Quiet during night

Cons:

Bit expensive drinks in the bar and the dinner had no option for vegetarian, should have more vegetables and fruit but still it was tasty

Everything was perfect
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with very helpful and kind staff. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Even in the heatwave we managed to cool down.

A szálloda dizájnja. Valami fergeteges.

Cons:

Az ételek ízével nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Ami kicsit hiányérzetet keltett, hogy egy 4* hotelben ilyen kevés fajta kínálat volt.

Zdecydowanie polecamy – świetne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek i relaks!
Pros:

Pobyt w Hotelu Cascade Resort & Spa był naprawdę udany i z przyjemnością będziemy wspominać ten czas. Dużym plusem jest bogata oferta atrakcji – bilard, tenis stołowy oraz dostęp do strefy SPA znajdującej się wewnątrz hotelu pozwalają świetnie wypocząć niezależnie od pogody. Śniadania i obiadokolacje były bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone, dzięki czemu każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Zdecydowanie polecamy hotel osobom szukającym miejsca, w którym można połączyć relaks, dobrą kuchnię i aktywny wypoczynek.

Cons:

Dzieci zwróciły uwagę, że podczas naszego pobytu przy obiadokolacjach zabrakło frytek, które bardzo lubią, więc ich obecność od czasu do czasu z pewnością byłaby miłym dodatkiem. Pewnym minusem była również dodatkowa opłata za Termy w Jaskiniach – naszym zdaniem wygodniejszym rozwiązaniem byłoby ujednolicenie ceny pobytu i uwzględnienie wszystkich atrakcji w cenie, dzięki czemu oferta byłaby jeszcze bardziej atrakcyjna i przejrzysta.
