Over priced, small room should have been a single.

Parking. Getting luggage to and from car and room. But helpful staff assisted.
We loved everything, especially the convenient dining options along the River and available Parking. Breakfast was good - nothing lacking!
Unfortunately our Room was very Small - there may be other options, but larger luggage is not an option, especially with stairs if you are in any way challenged with mobility.

The other residence!! They were loud, banging doors, arguing, knocking each others doors late at night. Generally bad mannered. Which was a real shame as that’s nothing to do with the hotel & they were lovely about it

Not much of a view into a ‘courtyard’
Staff were mega friendly. Location was perfect for getting to anything, especially having the restaurants down stairs and having the Tay bank pub next door
Toilet wasn’t the best due to having to it being weak plumbing but everything else was good
The room and the residence were beautiful and well kept.The stairs were steep and unsuitable for my husband who is elderly and unsteady in his feet.The staff and food and the hotel in general were excellent.

Fantastic location, great fascilities and Dunkeld is such an amazing place. Would highly recommend if you have a car going to the local attractions. Furhtermore, really good little walks about the place. Lastly, the place is fantastic, roomy, wholesome and a good little kitchen!
The glasses in the rooms were a little dirty, with what looked like a bit of a melted sweet at the bottom. No idea why but it took seconds to pour some boiling water in it and clean it so it wasnt really an issue.
