Pros:

Pros:

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneen sähkölukosta oli patterit rikki eikä avainkortti toiminut, tulivat heti odottamatta vaihtamaan patterit. Hotellin siisteys ensiluokkaista, halutessa huoneen siivous ja pyyhkeiden vaihto oli päivittäin. Hotelli aivan rannalla, hotellilla oli omat rantatuolit. Myös hotellin uima-allas oli viihtyisä, tosin näin keväällä oli viileää vettä mutta silti uintikelpoista. Aamupala monipuolinen ja riittävä. Paikallisbussilla pääsi kätevästi käymään Durresin kaupungissa. Hotelli, mihin voisin tulla uudestaankin.

Eine interessante Erfahrung.
Pros:

Wer einen tollen Strandurlaub plant, ist hier genau richtig. Einmaliges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Als am Tag der Abreise der Mietwagen nicht ansprang, wurde uns sofort und unkompliziert geholfen, so dass wir unseren Rückflug ab Tirana noch schaffen konnten.

Cons:

Etwas kompliziert war die Frühstücksregelung. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Am ersten Tag gab es ein Büffet, an den weiteren Tagen mussten wir a la Carte bestellen, was in der Verständigung nicht einfach und am Ende auch missverständlich war, z.B., was die Anzahl der im Frühstück inbegriffenen Getränke betraf. Um Überraschungen zu vermeiden, sollte man sich vorab genau erkundigen.

Fun family stay
Pros:

Staff were amazing, happy to help and friendly!! The actual hotel is clean, modern and comfy. would highly recommend.

A high quality hotel with great service located right on the beach
Pros:

The hotel is well located in the beach area of Duress - The hotel is very modern and well looked after. Location is a stone throw from the beach - with the beach prommanade walk directly outside the hotel. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The rooms were very well kept and had everything you would need during your stay

Heerlijk ruim opgezet hotel dat zijn **** sterren waard is.
Pros:

ligging aan de zee,vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel,schoon,goede keuken, prima ontbijt, grote kamers,

Cons:

Omdat we in de kamer met zeezicht verbleven hadden we geen last van het erg drukke verkeer aan de voorkant van het hotel.

It was okay. There could be some improvements for sure. The staff made up for it
Pros:

The staff were friendly enough. There were a bit stand offish with us but maybe it’ was a language barrier

Cons:

The hotel is not wheelchair or disability friendly at all. There are no rails on stairs to access the breakfast area or the seafront of the property so if you have mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not just this hotel though I will say. The area in general does not accommodate to those who are disabled or with reduced mobility. This really impacted on my trip overall.
