Odd place! Ok for one night.
Pros:

Clean, swimming pools and loungers excellent, spacious rooms. Reception staff and a few of the waiters were lovely

Cons:

Location - too far out of Durres
Very quiet - hardly any guests. poor breakfast offering. Pool food not good. Not 5 star.

Had a pleasant and peaceful stay. Lovely property.
Pros:

As it was our 15 years wedding anniversary we received a complimentary room upgrade which was a kind gesture. Room was clean, bed was nice and firm, nice decor, clean exterior, pleasant staff.

Cons:

No gym facility, location, my Husband accidentally pulled the emergency cord in the shower and no staff member addressed it by knocking or calling, this needs to be urgently discussed between the team as it could have been a real emergency with no help from any of the staff.

Belle villa , grandiose , bon repas , un peu loin de tout .
Pros:

Villa fastueuse, belle déco avec fresques italiennes , parfois un peu cauchemardesques…
Chef excellent . Piscine agréable , un joli spa avec bassin .

Cons:

Musique assez forte en permanence .
Manque d’âme .
Pas d’infusions disponible ni dans chambre ni dans salle à manger .
