Nagy csalódás.
Pros:

A tengerpart közelsége. A személyzet nagyon kedves. Kiváló pizzéria.

Cons:

A négycsillagos két hálóteres lakosztálytól nagyon távol állt, a fürdőszoba minősíthetetlen, a második szoba egy erkélyből lett kialakítva, a két szoba között egy ablakos vadajtó volt. A klíma a külső szobában volt, egész nap ment, mégsem hűtött megfelelően. A külső szbában omladozott a fal. A lodzsán végig folyt a víz a klímából, nem volt elvezetve, ott takarítás egyszer sem volt. A belső szoba nagyon meleg. A bejárati ajtó, ami középen repedt volt, az éppen a franciaágyra nyílott, lépcső melletti szoba révén élő egyenesben kaptuk a folyosón közlekedőket. A fürdőszoba ablakot nem lehetett becsukni, onnan ömlött be a forróság. A zuhany csak úgy, a padlóra folyt, a wc előtt, akár a wc-n ülve is lehetett volna zuhanyozni. Így, ha valaki wc-te ment, az előtte zuhanyzó vizében állt. A reggeli nagyon egyhangú, nagyon kevés választékkal. Az épületen belül a lépcső és az emeleti közlekedő mindig csupa homok, lomos, rendetlen.

Розташування готелю дуже вдале. Навкруги розвинена інфраструктура і надзвичайно красивий вид з вікна на море. У номері було чисто, а ліжка дуже зручні. Кондиціонер працював добре, також є холодильник і телевізор. Гаряча вода була завжди і зміна рушників та прибирання кімнат кожного дня. Це перша лінія до моря. Готель має власний пляж на якому дуже зручні шезлонги, які входили у вартість і це нас порадувало. Сніданок був хороший ми залишились задоволені. У готелі працює ресторан, де можна поїсти. Також поруч є супермаркет. Персонал привітний у всьому допомагав. Є бажання повернутися сюди знову. Рекомендую

Pros:

The hotel was okay overall, but there is definitely room for improvement. However, the service provided by Li at the reception was amazing. She was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming, and she made the stay much more pleasant. Her excellent customer service deserves special recognition.

L'emplacement est bien. Place de parking devant.

Accueil affreux par une demoiselle qui n'avait pas l'air avoir envie de travailler, cage d'escalier sale, difficile e monter les valises, pas d'ascenseur, chambre pas forcément très propre, tout est inondé quand on se douche.
Pas assez de transats par rapport au nombre de clients. On a voulu aller s'installer sous un parasol quand un jeune homme de l'hôtel nous a littéralement agressé pour que l'on paye nos transats....jusqu'à ce qu'on arrive à lui expliquer qu'on était clientes. De plus il y avait des plastiques et des câbles électriques qui traînaient à côté des chaises longues. Nous avons décidé de quitter la plage de l'hôtel pour aller payer 2 places dans un beach club.
Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel. Et Durrës ne vaut pas l'arrêt la plage est moche, trop de monde.

Pros:

Lokalizacja idealna, przepyszne śniadania oraz dania restauracyjne, czystość oraz rodzinna atmosfera ( każdy pracownik był przemiły i chętny do pomocy ). Plaża czysta i pełna atrakcji.

It doesn’t look like 4 star hotel at all. Max 2 stars. The breakfast was not good at all and very low of variety plus the quality was not good.

No rubbish basket in the room and when i asked for one, they refused and brought me a waiter and the owner told him to act as a manager and tells me that there are no hotels have rubbish baskets in the rooms except the bathroom. And I don’t know anything about hotels.

After you take a shower , the whole bathroom is full of water and they don’t have anything to give it to you to push this water to the sink.

The only good person there was the receptionist and the filipinian lady who does all the work of the hotel operations probably.

The owner yells at their employees somehow everyday especially on the breakfast and you can hear that clearly
