Overall average, few basics to be improved
Pros:

Viewing tower and location on the beach and a good bar!

Cons:

WiFi in rooms didn’t work, shower wasn’t great. Also very annoying not being able to charge anything when not in the room (without the key being in)

Great hotel & stay
Pros:

Location is fantastic with the best sunsets ever seen right at your doorstep. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It's probably a little more expensive, but worth every penny. Angel did a fantastic job cleaning our room every day.

Cons:

Nothing really. Suggestion would be to offer some more European breakfast options next to existing ones. Wifi is good , but stability in room could be improved.

Pros:

Ein wunderbares großes Zimmer mit Balkong und tollen Meerblick mir Sonnenuntergangs Szenario. Einfach perfekt.Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Wahlmöglichkeiten. Abends gutes Menüangebot und Preiswert.

Cons:

Der Anfahrtsweg ist lang und umständlich. Deshalb für mehr als 6 Tage buchen.

Genel olarak rahat ettik ailece konakladık.
Pros:

Kahvaltı seçeneği pek yok o bölgede, yemeklerin pek iyi olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Çevredeki başka alternatifler daha iyiydi. Nacpan beach'e yakınlık çok iyiydi. 5 dakikada oradasınız ve harika bir sahil... Otel deniz kenarında ancak oradan denize girmek mümkün değil, sadece manzara ve dalga sesi için bir değeri var.

Cons:

wifi kalitesi iyi değildi.

Great door on the beach very quiet. Huge room with everything you need in a hotel room. Bar and restaurant on site with very good food and cocktails. Very quirky but fun and well maintained

Pros:

We liked the location and the room was big. it was pretty quiet
The staff were smiling a lot but this did not always equate to helpfullness

Cons:

The WiFi kept dropping out
The food was mediocre
Staff were around but not where you needed them
They were advertising that they could do a lot eg tours etc but communication and information regarding this was limited
You only got two towels no hand towel or floor towel and the floor was very slippy.
There was not enough space to dry clothes
It would be useful to have a book in the room with information about WiFi food services times etc
There was limited customer care and hospitality was not up to standard
Shower pressure was low and the water was not hot
Wires in shower area were exposed bathroom needs TLC.

Not just a hotel, It's an open air art gallery
Pros:

We weren't expecting how great the hotel is. The room was huge with a beautiful view to the mangrove. Staff extremely helpful. We felt so welcome that it was hard to leave. Couldn't have chosen better.
