S Resort El Nido Managed by H Hospitality Group - Newly Renovated

S Resort was genuinely exceptional. The level of service from the staff was unlike almost anywhere we have stayed. If we needed absolutely anything, at any hour of the day, we could simply message the team and they would respond and help almost immediately.

They made our entire stay incredibly easy, from arranging airport transportation and having scooters ready for us directly outside the hotel, to helping with local plans and reservations.

What really made the stay special was how far the team went for my wife’s birthday. They helped me coordinate a special birthday dinner, beautifully decorated our room as a surprise, and even surprised her with a complimentary birthday cake while the staff sang Happy Birthday to her.

At one point I was struggling to communicate with a local restaurant about changing our reservation. Rather than simply giving me their phone number or telling me to try again, a member of the S Resort team actually went to the restaurant in person and sorted it out for me. That probably sums up the service better than anything else I could say.

The hotel itself was excellent too: newly renovated, clean, comfortable, in a fantastic central location and extremely convenient for exploring El Nido. But it was the staff who made this stay unforgettable.

“Above and beyond” honestly doesn’t feel sufficient. We felt genuinely looked after from the moment we arrived until we left. If we return to El Nido, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else.

I was sorry to have to level such scathing criticism at them. It is the management—not the staff—at that place that has a huge problem.

Location newly renovated. Staff is extremely trained and friendly. Reception team is amazing! Plus the star of the building GIGI.

We stayed here with a group of friends this time. Although our rooms were not right next to each other, the hotel did their best to put us on the same floor. The hotel is in the downtown area, and it is very convenient to walk to the main beach and the island hopping tours every morning. You can book tours right at the front desk, and in the morning they even helped us confirm who our tour guide was, which was very reassuring. There were no problems with not being able to find anyone or waiting a long time at the beach. Our room was modern and clean, and the bed was also very comfortable, allowing us to get a good rest after playing outside all day. In the morning, we would go to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast while enjoying the wide sea view. The food choices were not many, but the portions were very sufficient.

We had a great experience here in El Nido at the S Resort. The hotel was located right in the city center and was just renovated with modern rooms. However, what made the experience way better was the customer service from the staff below at the reception desk (James, Carl, and all of their colleagues). Really friendly, knowledgable and overall helpfull together with the (fully vaccinated) saved little stray dog GG, as for Good Girl.

Fiquei hospedado no S Resort El Nido e fiquei bastante satisfeito com o quarto. A cama é muito confortável e, como há limpeza diária, o ambiente manteve-se sempre limpo. O espaço dá para abrir duas malas grandes ao mesmo tempo e não atrapalha a estadia em geral. O Wi-Fi funciona bem e o chuveiro no banheiro com separação de área seca e molhada é ótimo. Recomendo para viajantes que planeiam passeios pela cidade.

Requested something romantic for the room and the staff had a dove, petals, and "I love you" written out. They go above and beyond and it was amazing!

Staying right in the town center is very convenient. It is just a few minutes' walk to the main beach and the island hopping departure point, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room is modern and comfortable, and the bed is great to sleep in. The only minor drawback is that the air conditioning was not very cold, but the hotel sent maintenance staff right away to adjust it. Overall, this is a very convenient place to stay for exploring the area.

The location was good. The staff is top notch! Incredibly helpful for anything that you need! The breakfast location has a spectacular view!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Lage inmitten des Geschehens. Zwei Minuten zu Fuss zum Hafen an dem die verschiedenen Touren starten. Alles anderes direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer durchschnittlich, wie in einem 4-Sterne Hotel.

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. The organised transport to our next hotel for us because the bus was not being used.
