S Resort El Nido Managed by H Hospitality Group - Newly Renovated

La ubicación es inmejorable, está en una zona céntrica de El Nido y hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. La atención del personal fue de hotel 5 estrellas, están pendientes de TODO y te ayudan con cualquier duda o necesidad que tengas; fue sin duda lo mejor del hotel. Las instalaciones están bien, mejor que la mayoría de alojamientos.

Vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel. Top locatie. Mooie nette kamers (je merkt wel dat het nieuw is / zitten hier en daar nog wat verbeterpunten)

Thanks to James, Johnathan and all the crew to make our stay perfect. They supported all our request, including a shower room for the last day after check out which was a service we've never had in our life. They booked for us all the tours and motorbikes. Our presidential room was amazing with a nice view overlooking El Nido bay. We really enjoyed our courtesy treats (a Tote Bag and some good fortune cake upon departure)

Room really nice and comfy , huge TV (not that you need it in El nido ) coffee machine, kettle , complimentary coffee and noodles , hpusekeeping super clean. Star of the is Gigi their dog who they rescued a while back and the staff at the reception. They were all 10/10 but I have to mention that Carl specifically was one of the most helpful people we have come across on our travels!

Struttura super, stanze accoglienti e con vari confort ( macchina Nespresso con cialde, asciugacapelli Dyson) e personale molto gentile. L'albergo migliore dove siamo stati durante il nostro viaggio nelle Filippine. Consigliatissimo anche il ristorante all'ultimo piano dove abbiamo mangiato due volte. La posizione ottima perché proprio nel centro per poter rimanere in zona la sera e raggiungere con pochi minuti di tuk tuk tanti posti. Consigliatissimo

Deux lits, un chacun, pas besoin de discuter qui prend quelle couverture. C’est la condition de base pour bien cohabiter en voyage, et cette chambre la remplit parfaitement.
L’emplacement est vraiment clé. Cinq minutes à pied jusqu’au point de départ des bateaux. Chris dit que la vue sur la baie depuis le toit le matin est la plus belle qu’il ait vue aux Philippines. Je n’ai pas contesté, parce que c’est vrai.
La réceptionniste nous a conseillé de choisir le Tour B, en disant qu’il y avait moins de monde. Elle avait raison. Sans frais supplémentaires, sans grand discours, juste un conseil utile au bon moment. Ce genre de service, on s’en souvient.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

All staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They take care of your every need and you don’t even have to ask. Amazing facilities and location.
Wish I could take this hotel to the rest of our destinations in the Philippines

Excellent hotel and excellent front desk. Especially Margaret, Sky, Nicole and James were so helpful, caring, kind and attentive to our needs. They always preemptively suggested good activities to do and good places to eat. Their suggestions were top notch. Also, gg, such a cute non human receptionist who gave us so much love. 😁

The place is located right in the middle of El Nido and next to where the tours depart and arrive.
Everyone working in S Resort were super friendly, happy to provide recommendations and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Loved that Gigi is the most spoiled dog I have ever seen and that she is loved as she is. Also, massive thanks to Sky, he was amazing with us.

Most comfortable beds we experienced during our travels in Asia, better than our beds at home. Friendly and outstanding staff offerring excellent service. The rooms are big and very clean, with good and silent aircon. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and juices, toiletries available. Our rooms situated at the back of the building (with views of the mountains) were silent, we had an excellent stay in this hotel. We enjoyed several H Hospitality tours, they use big boats and have knowledgeable staff.

Location, excellent costumer Service and the staff. A special thanks to James, Karl, Judy and the ladies that work day shift and the evening shit. They were all very friendly and professional. Thanks to Dee and Nel for arranging our transportation with ( ZION) the driver Dennis was great and so informative on El Nido and Puerto Princesa. Dennis transported us round trip from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. I would highly recommend S hotel ( H Hospitality Group) and ZION to my family and friends. I had a wonderful experience, thank you all and see you again soon.🙏🏼

Direkt im Zentrum von El Nido gelegenes Hotel mit neuer Einrichtung, sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal! Man war direkt im Geschehen in El Nido und konnte fußläufig die kleine Stadt erkunden. Der Preis ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall wert!

This was my second time staying at S Resort, and it continues to impress. The winning combination here is the exceptional staff and the unbeatable location.

A highlight of this trip was the seamless coordination; the resort team helped us arrange a private island-hopping experience with H Hospitality Tour. We spent two incredible days exploring the Big Lagoon on a private boat—the service was top-notch.

Regarding the accommodations, the 22 sqm room is thoughtfully designed. Everything was in perfect working order and well-maintained. Highly recommended for those seeking a reliable and high-quality stay in El Nido.
