Unique and memorable holidays in El Nido. A 100% recommendation.
Pros:

James and the entire front desk team truly understand what it means to create a unique customer experience. The service was exceptional—always available via WhatsApp and ready to assist with anything we needed. From arranging a scooter rental and booking tours to making spa reservations across the street, everything was handled seamlessly. We felt very comfortable, well understood, and genuinely taken care of throughout our stay.
Great location, perfect access point for everywhere here in Palawan. And the Executive Suite is definitely worth it. Stunning seaview, modern facilities and a huge modern bathroom.

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est idéal et les équipements dans les chambres sont vraiment appréciables. Certes, on remarque qu’il s’agit d’un établissement ancien qui a été remis au goût du jour, mais le rapport qualité-prix, notamment avec une telle localisation, reste excellent.

Ce que l’on retient surtout, c’est le personnel : un accueil incroyable, une gentillesse rare et un vrai sens du service. Mention spéciale à Carl, qui a été particulièrement attentionné. C’est clairement l’équipe qui a rendu notre séjour aussi remarquable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Room for improvement on the infrastructure, already great on the staff’s end.
Pros:

Great location & staff - GG the hotel dog is a cute addition! They were also very helpful in arranging a surprise birthday cake and room setup which was great.

Cons:

The renovation works are ongoing and the hotel still needs some polishing before being up to standard.

Un hotel moderno che soddisfa anche i genitori
Pros:

Ho portato i miei genitori e hanno apprezzato molto la pulizia. C'è l'ascensore (raro a El Nido!), una manna per chi ha problemi alle ginocchia. La colazione espressa è ottima, ma consiglio di andare presto se avete un tour perché bisogna aspettare un po'. Posizione perfetta per riposarsi in ogni momento.

Si vous vous souciez de l'esthétique et du confort, c'est l'endroit idéal. Chaque coin du lobby est digne d'une photo, les lits sont très confortables et le long bureau est très pratique. Bien que le prix soit plus élevé que dans les environs, la modernité et la propreté valent totalement l'investissement.
