Great stay, good quality-price and 2min walk from the beach
Pros:

The personal was so kind and really helpful the whole stay. Always available, receiving you, helping you. All the areas: rooms, corridors, reception were really clean (always someone cleaning).
Many plates options for breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing we would say is to be ready for the noise. Obviously the hotel is right in the center (2min walk from the beach and meeting point for tours) so the location geographically was great but makes it a bit noisy at night (nothing really to do about this, or maybe ask for a room in the top floor would help)

Excellent! Highly recommended.
Pros:

Perfect location in the center of El Nido, very near to the tour departure point. Very kind and helpful staff. They helped me in any possible way. Large room. Good safe deposit. Possibility to book tours and other services directly at the reception.

Cons:

Breakfast is good but they offer only the possibility to chose one of 10-15 dishes. In my opinion a breakfast with buffet would be better.

Hôtel très bruyant puisque situé dans une rue passante, et malheureusement isolation simple vitrage
Climatiseur avec un bruit insupportable
Y a presque jamais de banane pour les pancacke

In the heart of El Nido, a great stay!
Pros:

Outstanding breakfast (including a takeaway breakfast as we left very early on the last day), personnel incredibly helpful.
It was great staying on the last floor as there was no noise from the street despite the stairs if you’re coming and going many times during the day.
Also appreciated having filtered water to fill up our bottles.

Great location, friendly staff, simple/good breakfast.
Pros:

Central location, close to the beach and all shops/restaurants/bars. Everything is a minute walk away.

Cons:

No lifts. Okay for me, but may be a challenge for some people to go up 4 levels. There are a couple of rooms in the ground level which they offered for one of the rooms I booked.

Overall, it was an 8/10 in El Nido. Would recommend!
Pros:

Pros, Great location. Excellent staff. Con’s, no fridge and stairs that kill your knees if you’re over 40 like me. Lol. Especially, if you’re on the 4th floor.

We enjoyed our stay it
Pros:

We were a bit nervous coming here since the reviews were all over the place, but it really isn’t that bad (coming from a pretty picky person). We booked it last minute and while it was a bit over our travelers budget, I think it’s better than what we could’ve gotten in the area.

They have cleaners who come and tidy up everyday and give you fresh towels. There is wifi and included breakfast, which was surprisingly great.

Cons:

The bathroom definitely needs to be updated, but there is hot water and it’s clean.

It is on the main street so it can be a little noisy, but white/brown noise drowns it out. Overall, we would stay again if we came on a whim again.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème avec le ferry depuis Coron et nous avons averti l'hôtel que nous ne pourrions pas arriver à la date prévue, et ceci bien malgrè nous ... Nous avions une réservation non annulable mais l'hôtel aurait pu faire un effort (au moins les petits déjeuners et les "services" : nettoyage de la chambre, consommation eau et électricité, ... non consommés) sachant que nous n'étions pas responsables de cette situation, les transports sont un vrai problème ici ! Nous avons donc payé sans consommer 3 nuits sur les 4 réservées du fait des annulations successives des ferries. Nous ne sommes donc restés qu'une nuit mais c'est un mal pour un bien, le bruit toute la nuit nous aurait de toute façon imposé de changer, c'était insupportable !

Great place but not for everyobe due to street noise.
Pros:

Great place to stay in El Nido. Centric and close to everything! The staff is really helpful when booking tours.

Cons:

Liked everything. To say something rooms could be warmer on the decoration and AC could be better. If you are sensible to noise at night do not stay as the street is noisy.
