​La posizione è fantastica e strategica, direttamente sulla spiaggia e con ottimi ristoranti nei paraggi, il centro è comodamente raggiungibile noleggiando uno scooter in reception. Anche la gentilezza dello staff, sopratutto di May e Bea è stata impeccabile. Purtroppo le note positive finiscono qui.

L'esperienza nelle camere è stata deludente: spazi ridottissimi, una totale mancanza dei comfort più basilari e, nota davvero dolente, una biancheria da bagno imbarazzante, con asciugamani talmente logori da essere quasi da buttare. Il wifi funzionante solo per miracolo. Una tv con assenza di segnale puramente decorativa. Tolto il panorama e la cortesia dei dipendenti, resta davvero poco altro da salvare.

O quarto era Pequeno, pouco iluminado. Estava um pouco sujo. O chuveiro não ficava quente, mesmo eu pedindo para ser reparado. Não foi um experiência muito agradável.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, a corong corong nel centro della spiaggia vicino a dei bar e locali raggiungibili via spiaggia. Personale gentile, colazione nella norma, buoni i pancake. Noi abbiamo scelto il bungalow fronte spiaggia e lo consiglio. Attenzione se avete paura di cani randagi nella notte tendono ad addormentarsi nella parte esterna del bungalow. Stanza nella norma; il problema di el nido è l’acqua che risulta male odorante e cattiva e questo ovviamente rilascia cattivi odori dal bagno quindi attenzione; usate sempre acqua sigillata. Il posto comunque ti dà la possibilità di prenotare tutte le attività in loco compreso anche transport diretti a diverse parti dell’isola.
TRAMONTI MERAVIGLIOSI. MOLTO MEGLIO QUI CHE A LAS CABANAS

No funcionaba el WiFi, ni la cadena del toilet. Teníamos que cargar un bidón de agua y tirarla en el inodoro para que fluya. Primeros dias estuvimos bañandonos sin agua caliente.

Cochroach infested badly smelling mess

The location is nice.

Cons:

Terrible room, filled with cockroaches. We stayed for only one night out of 6. Couldn’t breathe in the room, it’s small and claustrophobic, the bug net was broken so no open windows, terrible AC, and the room filled with cockroaches.
We left next day, and they refused to issue a refund even when I showed them recordings of the bugs everywhere. The toilets are overflowing, the smell is terrible.

We were not demanding perfection from such a cheap accomodation, but no matter how cheap you’ll find it, it’s not worth the money.

We couldn’t even get the manager, the staff left us to wait without telling us the manger we asked for was not coming, and Booking customer support couldn’t get our money back even if the roaches are a clear health violation
