Pros:

$500 a night a trash place, feo y sin ninngún atractivo. El bar de la termales no tiene licor. el bartender no sabia que era vodka. La cama y almohadas de mala calidad.

Cons:

jardines bien cuidadados, mejor calidad de sabanas y toallas.

Pros:

O atendimento da equipe é o que salva o hotel. Se esforçam para agradar e ajudam em todas as demandas.

Cons:

O hotel está localizado a trinta minutos de Fortuna, numa estrada sinuosa e sem iluminação. O café da manhã consiste em frutas e um prato de ovos com bacon, deixando muito muito a desejar para um hotel que aparece em primeiro na lista do app. A questão em Fortuna parece ser mais complicada. Poucos hotéis bons no local que cobram valores absurdos acabam fazendo com que hotéis como este cobrem muito e nos façam esperar que se terá muito.

Once upon a time; this was a nice "jungle-lodge"!! Needs renovation everywhere/

Surrounding Nature.

Cons:

Thermal baths; without thermal (warm) water. Water temperature was only 27 degrees celsius: cold!! Big disappointment.
+ No service whatsoever at the pool area!!!

Pros:

Nada en realidad. Todo aceptable sin más.

Cons:

Está dentro del bosque pero hay sitios mucho más bonitos, las termas abrían súper tarde, la habitación no era bonita ni agradable, el desayuno fue el peor de todo mi viaje por Costa Rica

Przepiękne otoczenie - mogliśmy podziwiać piękne rośliny ale także ptaki , bardzo dużo tukanów! Dobre śniadania a’la carte, bardzo uprzejmy personel.

Cons:

Trzeba mieć świadomość że do zła Fortuny trzeba jechać ok 30 min a do Mistico ok godziny. Brak suszarki w pokoju

Tolle Natur – enttäuschender Zimmerzustand

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr naturverbunden gebaut. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück lecker.

Cons:

Der Preis war angemessen, dennoch hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Ausstattung erwartet. Das Badezimmer war veraltet und teilweise schimmlig, der Boden klebrig und im Bett befanden sich Haare. Besonders störend war der starke, unangenehme Geruch im Zimmer, wodurch ich mich sehr unwohl fühlte und kaum schlafen konnte. Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand des Zimmers nicht meinen Erwartungen.

Hospedagem rústica com cabanas nas árvores
Pros:

Adoramos a experiência de uma cabana nas árvores. O quarto é rústico porém muito confortável. Chuveiro com boa pressão. Amenidades de shampoo e condicionador disponível. Ar condicionado funciona bem. Café da manhã saboroso.

Cons:

A piscina com água aquecida não estavam funcionando.

We had a WONDERFUL time soaking up the beauty of Costa Rica
Pros:

The staff was AMAZING. Would pick us up in golf carts if requested. Any request was tended to immediately. Very accommodating. Loved the towel animals everyday on the bed too. We absolutely LOVED the nature & animals. We saw 3 sloths, many Iguanas & countless beautiful birds. So peaceful.

Cons:

A lot of walking for us up hill & down hill, we had 2 people with limited mobility but we were able to txt front desk for a ride. Also, the pool was pretty dirty & all the tiles are falling off. The Springs were ok, kinda colder than we expected. Also wish they had the other bars open at springs or the pool. We would have spent a lot of money buying drinks if that was available.

Way overpriced to be so far out of everything and that kind of low quality foods.
Pros:

The cabins itself look good from the outside but that's pretty all.

Cons:

The description of the Inn does not translate at all what we experienced. The cabins were pretty spacious but older, no TV, no view, cheap towels and toiletries. Breakfasts and dinner were way below average, very poor quality. But most of all this place is more than 35minutes drive from La Fortuna and any activities in the area, It's in the middle of nowhere. They have a hot spring that we tried to use one morning and it was freezing cold water?? When we tried to check out, we waited at least 10' at the reception and no one ever came... so we just left the room key on the counter.
